Ulasan Hanting Hotel

I am satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel despite of other reviews i have seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. 1 thing that i think could be improve is the lift to the washing machine area. The lift is confusing if u are only having a short stay in guangzhou. But overall i had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to friends and family. I took a video instead of photo so heres a corner of the room.

Not easy to locate the hotel at first but realised soon enough that its location is not bad with bus services to connect to the underground just in front of the hotel. Journey time altogether (bus + underground) could be as short as just a bit over 30-minutes to arrive at city centre. Helpful staff to help change the room with a poorly insulated window to another on day two.

Things are relatively expensive in the big city of Guangzhou, including accommodation. This is a relatively economical hotel. Although it is old, it has been renovated, so the overall feeling is still acceptable. There is a bus stop outside the door, so it is convenient to take a taxi.

The room is well-equipped, clean and tidy. It is very close to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital. Free parking is also available. It is great to be able to provide free parking in this location. It is a better hotel nearby

The room is quite big. The hotel provides free luggage storage service. Especially the front desk lady provided great service and gave a small gift🎁

The room was very clean, no odor, the staff was very nice, the weather in Guangzhou was just right during the few days I was here, it was a very happy trip

Family room, but the facilities are a bit shabby, there is no place to put things, just a table, two beds and a bedside table. The room smells of cigarettes. The administrator said that smoking is not allowed in the room, but there is an ashtray in the room, which means that guests are allowed to smoke. I hope to improve this aspect.

The location is excellent, there is a restaurant downstairs, the morning tea in the restaurant is very good. I will stay here again when I come to Guangzhou.

This window cannot be closed, and the air conditioner is turned on but it is not turned on. When the heating is turned on, the air blows out cold air. It may also be because the window cannot be closed. The sound insulation is not good, and you can hear the noise from the corridor.

The room is too small, one window is by the road and it is very noisy, the door faces the elevator room, the elevator noise is heard all night, the sound insulation is not good, someone walking by the door is very loud. The equipment is very old and the cable of the TV is exposed.

The itinerary is reasonable, the scenery is beautiful, the service is thoughtful, and the overall experience is very satisfactory. The accommodation environment is comfortable, the service staff is enthusiastic, and the facilities are complete. I recommend it to my friends.
