Room was so modern & spaces , but the aircon was not working well at that time , freaking hot & they can’t fix it , just add up a fan for me . At least The second night hotel offer & change another room.

Interesting building on the bank of pearl river, spectacular view from the window, it’s great to spend some time on a balcony at night. Spacious hallways, quiet corridors, and friendly staff. Daily replenished drinking water supply. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool on the top floor, so be sure to bring a swimsuit and a swimming cap. There is a shuttle to a metro station goes frequently. Calm relaxing place.

性價比很高！酒店很新，給我們升級了套房，有對海的陽台，看着就舒心，早餐品種不算很多，但每一款都精緻好吃，晚上沒在這裏吃自助餐，附近吃飯也方便，空氣很好，健身房汗蒸游泳池體驗很好，下次帶個自行車來騎行更棒

設施：皮面的牀頭櫃被人扣爛了，沒有維護，就爛着。
服務：外賣送不上來，自己去樓下取，可以看到10來號人在一個外賣櫃旁守候尋找的盛況。
車來了門僮不是每個都服務的，他們的服務標準比較未知和隨性。
晚上一點房間電話打前台是忙音，第一次遇到這種前台，還是在攜程上找到聯繫方式才聯繫上，體驗非常差。
辦理延遲退房，説延到下午6點收取一半房費，當初我被迫延遲入住卻沒有一點補償，説明這點後才勉強同意免費延到2點，期間還打電話催促，為了自身房間週轉就罔顧客户權益，體驗極差。
酒店電梯不能直通，要從一樓繞一大圈走到到達三樓的電梯，再路過大堂走幾百米到到達客房的電梯，每一步都是服從性測試。
綜上所述，硬件尚可但維護欠佳，服務差

這幾天家裡在做衞生就想住酒店～選來選去害怕珠江新城人多又老舊，選了生物島這家酒店～真的非常安靜舒適，一覺睡到下午兩點自然醒。
昨天入住的第一個房間空調有些味道，其實這種情況在廣州很難避免。前台馬上幫我換了新的江景套房，非常nice～
略微可以提升下客房的衞生要求，有跟前台反饋房間裏的化粧桌枱麪沒有清潔乾淨，態度非常好，希望這間酒店可以越來越好

來找朋友玩的，酒店位置挺好的，就是打車回有點難打，然後就是浴缸設計不太對，人會滑，弧度太大了，躺着身子是彎的，水放多了頭就進水了，其他方面還行，刮鬍刀可以放一個，另外房間內衹有一盒紙巾，用紙要跑來跑去，建議浴室、房間桌子、牀頭櫃各放一個。
