Kali ini saya membeli tiket 3 jam untuk dua orang menuju Guangzhou Sunac Steberge Hotel + Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle (Sunac Snow World) untuk ski pemula/menengah. Kamar hotel ini sangat nyaman dan memiliki teras. Stafnya sangat sopan dan tulus dalam menerima tamu. Seluruh pengaturan check-in lancar, dan kami dapat check-in ke kamar segera setelah bermain ski. Secara khusus, kecantikan di meja depan, Ms. Xu Huijie (Ashley), sangat membantu dalam menjelaskan cara menggunakan paket tersebut. Mereka juga dengan cepat membantu kami dengan prosedur ketika meninggalkan toko. Sarapan prasmanan sangat kaya. Saya pasti akan kembali lagi nanti jika saya punya kesempatan, dan jaraknya sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki dari hotel ke Sunac, yang sangat nyaman. Saya akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman dan keluarga. Saya akan melakukannya lagi. Ada juga kejutan di Guangzhou Hall Tan Cha yang menyajikan mie di hotelnya. Pangsit udang gorengnya wajib dicoba.

The smiling lady working at the front was so kind and helpful that she arranged me to check in earlier as my cross-border bus reach the hotel at noon and also upgraded me at an upper class type of room with bigger size.

Hotel staff reception, concierge are very smiles and helpful. Very clean room and bathroom also very big space. Walking distance to big shopping mall .

Our main purpose was for snowboarding and it was a great stay in this hotel. Location was just a 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was good and love the hotel service so far. The only small constructive feedback is that I would expect this 5 star hotel to have universal power sockets on the wall or to have enough power adapters to cater for foreigners who forgot to bring their own power adapter.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was well maintained and the check-in process was smooth. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, with a warm, cozy ambiance that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was plush, and the decor was both modern and inviting. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional service, especially from the front desk staff member, Huang 小黃. She was welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to ensure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel!
