Ulasan Atour Hotel Guangzhou Huangpu Baoying Avenue Metro Station

Traveling to China for the Canton Fair with a few companions, the front desk staff, Lu Xi, explained the hotel's facilities in detail, from the comfortable gym to the clean restaurant and fully equipped laundry room, and the room was perfectly located and quiet. Breakfast was very rich and gave me a taste of food different from my country, as well as lovely robots. Because of the language barrier, I was worried that I might encounter difficulties during my stay. Luxi added my wechat account, which helped us establish a deep friendship and taught me simple Chinese. When I was worried about the language and unfamiliar with the delivery operation, Luxi asked me about my taste, recommended several local specialties according to my favorite foods, and kindly told me about the delivery time. Taking a taxi is very troublesome, because it is impossible to communicate effectively with the driver, but Luxi warmly helps to communicate the destination and requirements with the driver every time, and carefully prepares a detailed itinerary note, every word reflects the control of details and professionalism. There was a document left in the taxi, Luxi reassured me not to worry, and was very enthusiastic and responsible to help me contact the driver to communicate and return it. I felt so good that I got it back, and also thoughtfully arranged the return car after the exhibition, without any worries. When I come back to the room, I can still see the washed clothes neatly placed in the room. She helped me with my luggage and sent me a postcard from Adol on the way out. I love it. I have great memories of the Adol Hotel. I'll be back next time.

The room was very clean. I couldn't find any restaurants around in the evening so the night snack offered free of charge at 9:30PM is very convenient. The breakfast which consists mainly of Chinese dishes is very delicious. Overall very good value for money.

Nice and clean facilities with fresh rooms and amenities. The hotel staff communicated with us using translators. The main drawback is that it does not have a restaurant, so one has to navigate delivery apps or go to the KFC around the corner.

My go to hotel for attending the Canton Fair, right outside metro line 5.28 Baoying Dadao and takes about 35 minutes to reach Pazhou. Hotel is modern and spacious with a great breakfast selection.

I have an excellent experience with the staff at Atour. They are all very helpful. Their English is limited however they use translation and do their best to help. I appreciate the laundry services, quiet and accessibility to Metro station. Thank you!

This hotel is relatively good. The only issue is with its location. Relatively difficult to get food.

前台工作人員熱情又專業，辦理入住迅速，房間乾淨整潔安靜，床品柔軟親膚，設備齊全，燈光、空調都能語音控制，科技感滿滿！浴室乾濕分離，早餐選擇超豐富，中西式菜品，晚上還有深夜粥道，下次來還住這兒！

在地鐵5號線保盈大道B出口，一樓出口到飯店大門走路2分鐘。周圍較荒涼。廣交會時期來此住宿，單人房一晚525左右，含自助式早餐，早餐的品相沒有很多很多，但是也不少，住了三天才算是把所有的食物吃了一遍🤣。有小型健身房，洗衣機3台，烘衣機3台供免費使用！房間大小適中，電動窗簾，充電的地方很多，浴室是淋浴間，血量很。但是沒有免治馬桶。每天兩瓶礦泉水，一樓櫃檯可以拿免費的礦泉水，因為周遭較荒涼，所以晚上很安靜。

房間採光不錯，衞生也搞得挺乾淨的，施設施備很好 房間安靜 對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説很不錯 ，樓下有地鐵站，服務人員很熱情，酒店還有機器人送物到門口 很方便 整體是十分舒適的。

前台服務態度好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，大廳很大，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，安靜,網絡給力，衞生間乾淨，還免費提供停車場,洗衣服方便，烘乾機方便， 下次還入住！

房間環境優美舒適，衞生打掃乾淨整潔，客房服務員很有禮貌，早餐很多種類 粉，小蛋糕🧁之類的， 個人覺得挺好吃的， 前台接待的小姐姐服務挺好，服務態度非常好 很有耐心，細心，就像像回家的感覺，下次過來首選這家亞朵了。

性價比超高的寶藏酒店！交通便利，房間温馨舒適，乾濕分離的衞浴設計很貼心。工作人員服務熱情主動，有求必應。早餐中西結合，味道可口，房間衞生好，洗漱用品好用，房間衞生乾淨，沒有異味，下次還會選擇這裏！

拖着行李箱走進酒店，還沒來得及開口，前台已經快步迎上來："您是孔先生吧？一路辛苦了！"他準確叫出我的姓氏，接過行李的同時，温熱的茶已遞到手中，茶香混着他真誠的笑容，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。 辦理入住時，前台發現我反覆查看手機導航，主動詢問是否需要幫助。得知我計劃第二天去出差得地方，他立刻拿出地圖詳細標註最優路線，還附上了周邊幾家口碑餐廳的推薦清單："這家的特色菜需要提前預約，我幫您打電話問問？"十分鐘左右時間，不僅預約成功，連幫我去出差得地址怎麼去都幫我搞定了。 深夜工作到凌晨，肚子突然餓了，試探性撥通前台服務電話詢問。沒想到十分鐘左右時間，服務員小姐姐推着餐車出現，很貼心地準備煮了一份麪，還額外送了一盅銀耳羹："甜品是今晚廚房師傅特意準備的，祝您工作順利！"滿滿的一碗麪條，湯底濃郁鮮香，而這份意料之外的關懷，比美食更讓人暖心。 離店那天，外面正在下大雨。正當我發愁如何去車站時，酒店工作人員主動提出用接駁車送我。臨上車，又遞來一把印着酒店LOGO的雨傘："下雨天，傘您拿着用，下次來出差再帶回來就行！"車窗外的雨淅淅瀝瀝，但車內的我，心裏滿是暖意。 在這家酒店，每一位工作人員都像認識許久的老友，記得我的需求，在意我的感受。他們用真誠的笑容、細緻的服務，將平凡的住宿體驗變成了一場充滿驚喜的温暖之旅。這樣的服務，值得我跨越山海，再次奔赴！
