Room is clean and spacious, clean and sufiencit laundry facilities. Hotel provides stuttle services, call the hotel after luggage collected and book with the reception night before departure. Hotel breakfasts can be imprtoved, seems like understaffed where there are no more plates and almost empty food trays and porridge.

Arrival around 2am. Call hotel by internet. They arrange 7 seater MPV pick-up. Very efficient and speedy. Some more upgrade my room to family suite.

Although I've just stayed 1 night in this hotel, I can feel the comfort of the service and cleanliness in the hotel. The room & bathroom is spacious. Provide shuttle bus service to and from the airport. (I don't have a China mobile number, so I asked the airport service desk to call the hotel, which then the staff will ask me to add their number into my WeChat to communicate with them). The hotel is between 5 to 10 minutes away by shuttle bus. It's recommended to pre-book the timeslot for the next day shuttle bus with front desk staff. The breakfast starts at 7am, which I think is quite late for people who wants to catch early flight. Hotel's nearby have some restaurants and supermarket which are convenient for us to fill up our stomachs at night. Overall the hotel is up to our satisfaction.

The hotel was a bit hard to find, it’s tucked away in the alley. Check in was fairly straightforward and easy.
Be aware that they said it’s travel friendly/foreigners welcome, but the staff has ZERO English speaking experience. One customer had to use a translator app to ask for laundry detergent. After a few minutes his co-worker came and she had basic English skills. She was able to read the translator and get the man what he wanted.
Also if you plan to use their shuttle service from the AIRPORT you must have a working phone to call the hotel and request for the shuttle. The shuttle man DOES NOT SPEAK english. If you want the shuttle from Hotel to the airport, they have time increments scheduled, so make sure to ask front desk.
This is not to diss the staff.

I’m just stating that the hotel advertises as a popular foreigner hotel but has no adequate staffing for foreigners.
My favorite experience would have to be the robot. If you order delivery the robot will take it to your room. Be aware they only have 1 robot so if multiple people order, it will take time for the robot to get to your room. 
Yes, I would stay again. Rooms/ lobby are clean. Friendly staff. Nice shuttle.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features is the free airport transfer service, which is incredibly convenient and efficient.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. It's a perfect way to start the day! The staff deserve special mention for their kindness and attentiveness, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Overall, our experience was excellent, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I arrived early morning at about 3am and the response from the hotel is very prompt and fast. The room is clean and lobby nicely decorated. Breakfast is simple but enough for us and we are glad that we include in our booking. If you transit in Guangzhou, i recommend this hotel. The front desk allowed us late checkout because of our time of departure. Convenient and up to our expectation. 2 points to note: (1) you have to contact the hotel via their China handphone or use wechat to add them and wait for their response (id number is the same.). (2) the appeared hotel name is different.
