Casa Habita is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location. I especially enjoyed the pool bar, shoutout to Enrique, the bartender, who introduced us to a tequila old fashioned for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! Olivia at the front desk was very friendly and made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The other front desk staff were helpful, though not quite as warm. Breakfast was limited with not many options, but the staff’s friendliness made up for it, Ezequiel was especially attentive in the mornings. We also had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed the salads and pizza, though the pasta was just okay. Overall, it was a wonderful place to spend a few days, and they even had a thoughtful gesture for my birthday, which was such a nice touch. Thank you, Casa Habita!

The property is located very central to everything and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very modern and well kept. This is my second time staying here and I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Guadalajara.

We had a really nice stay. The design is really top notch. The vouchers for cocktails at the pool were appreciated. They also helped us with a 9 am early check in for a fee after arriving on a redeye. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Misleading and Poorly Managed
We booked this hotel *only* because it had a pool, which we found out was under construction at check-in. The staff claimed they had informed us via WhatsApp, but I showed them they hadn’t—and minutes later, I conveniently received the message. Their website and confirmation *still* listed the pool as open. Completely misleading.
The front desk staff was rude (especially one woman, though no one wears name tags), and the restaurant was mediocre. The rooftop bar was overpriced with overly sweet drinks.
We also experienced frequent power outages, which meant no Wi-Fi, no TV, and no way to charge devices.
Worst of all, our toilet started leaking on day two. Our toddler slipped on the water, hit his head, and got a concussion. Maintenance came quickly, but the damage was already done.
This place is poorly maintained and not worth the hassle I tried to give it the benefit of a doubt since I know Mexico can be a little different but I wish I would have believed the other review. I recommend staying at Voco Guadalajara Neruda instead—they were amazing.

The room I had was older and needed an update but the bed was comfy and clean and it was very quiet. I felt safe and secure. Didn't have time to stroll the area but it seemed very quiet and walkable. Service at breakfast was exceptional and quality of the free breakfast was excellent although the selections were limited.

Check your folio for false charges
It stings to say, because I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, but I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. After checkout, I was surprised to see more than a dozen erroneous minibar charges in my folio. None of these items had even been present in my room!! When I asked the staff for clarification, not only did they not apologize for the error, they suggested the mistake was mine. I was floored. Absolutely never again.

Nice vibe, but the rooms are too small with a bad layout. The lighting is bad, not many outlets, and they charge you $300 for the sheets if your wife gets a little bit of makeup on them, that can more than likely be washed out. Other than that, it was alright.
