We walked from the promenade uphill and ate lunch at the palace bar lobby. The view was very good and food exceptionally well made. The staff is courteous. The palace is grand and has many restaurants and a boutique shop for skii merchandise.

Fifth time at the Palace for a Roy Emerson Tennis Week (something that I would highly recommend to any tennis enthusiast). Service continues to be impeccable. The Palace's general manager, who is a pleasure to deal with, should be extremely proud of her staff. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first time at Gstaad Palace in the summer and it is a much different experience than the winter experience. The hotel has a good entrance, and the staff are exceptional service is amazing and on this trip it was no different. I had a good functional suite that was both spacious and beautiful. The welcome amenities were top notch. I enjoyed breakfast and the service as always was excellent. In the room I found it difficult to keep the suite at a comfortable temperature, it was either too warm or too cold, but that issue was not the case when I visit in winter. The staff were very attentive and did come up several times to help.

We had a wonderful and perfect stay in this one of its kind Palace Hotel! In particular, we loved the ‚ Le Grand Hall’ and the cosy rooms! In addition, all staff members were very friendly and professional and we very much appreciated the room upgrade and the Champagne! Therefore, we highly recommend this Hotel to any potential and future guests!

This is without a doubt the greatest hotel in the world. The hotel itself is unbelievable - rooms and facilities are renovated basically every off-season, the spa is spectacular, and the restaurants are gorgeous. I have only had world-class meals from breakfast all the way to dinner. What really makes the palace stand out, though, is the staff - they are the most attentive, caring and kind hotel staff I have ever encountered and go out of their way at every opportunity to go above and beyond for each guest. Nothing compares to this hotel - speaking as someone who has traveled the world staying in high end hotels, this has redefined what a luxury hotel can be.

Unbelievable service. There were so many staff and every single one knew our names even though we only stayed 2 nights. The food was great (albeit very expensive), the spa unbelievable and the bar was lovely. Shame about the weather - it rained both days.

One of the best winter / Christmas celebration we have had! Charming hotel, friendly staff and excellent f&b, especially on Christmas Eve. If we have any regret, it would be the dress code at the restaurant was not observed by some guests. It was a little unpleasant to see guests going in the restaurant with the same T-shirt and shorts in slippers in the morning. I lost my appetite two days in a row.

We have been unusually fortunate to now be on our second stay at this unparalleled hotel. The standards in Switzerland are already quite high. That this hotel is in Gstaad - indeed, in some ways it's the face of Gstaad - elevate the standards even higher. But among the excellent hotels in this picture perfect town, the Palace is the top of the top. We have been told by multiple staff members "we would do anything for our guests" and "once you've been a guest here you'll always be one in our eyes". And they mean it. The hotel itself is Swiss perfection, down to every last detail, but it is the staff who define the word hospitality in their professionalism and attitude and who provide the magic. Many/most of these staff work exceedingly hard, certainly those in housekeeping, at the front deck, at the concierge desk, and most of all, in the restaurants. They can be here from early morning till late at night. But despite this hard work they consistently excel in being gracious and positive - perhaps at least partly out of pride, knowing that within the world of hotel hospitality, the "product" they are putting out is as good as anyplace on the planet. Among these staffers, special mention to Ervin and Francesco, who treated us to a memorably wonderful dinner tonight and are warm, fun (!) and supremely professional people who personify the culture of this most special hotel. And of course, Valentine, the front desk manager, who exudes excellence in herself and her superb staff. Thank you to Gstaad Palace for being that place that gives one comfort that this level of excellence in hospitality really does still exist.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury and elegance, nestled in the picturesque setting of the Swiss Alps. Upon arrival, we were greeted with attentive and warm service that immediately made us feel at home. The room, beautifully decorated with breathtaking views of the mountains, was unmatched in comfort. Every detail, from the sumptuous bed linens to the modern amenities, would be a testament to a rare attention to detail (tote bag, home made chocolates) .The impeccable cleanliness and refined atmosphere contributed to a setting of absolute relaxation. The hotel facilities are breathtaking. The spa is a true sanctuary of well-being, offering exceptional sun deck in a soothing setting. The indoor and outdoor pools are also magnificent, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular views. The restaurants at the Gstaad Palace also deserve a special mention. The quality of the dishes, the refinement of the flavors and the impeccable presentation made each meal a memorable culinary experience. The staff is attentive, with a special attention that makes each moment unique even at breakfast. The terrace bar is also to be mentioned. In short, the Gstaad Palace is much more than just a hotel; it is a destination in itself, where one feels pampered and privileged. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and impeccable service. It is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have had the opportunity to visit. A stay here is a promise of unforgettable memories.
