Absolute pleasure to stay at the Whitehouse. Friendly, personal welcome, comfortable chalet for two. Dinner and breakfast basket delivered to our chalet was amazing. Plentiful and tasty home cooked food at a very reasonable cost! Enjoyed a hike around the farm and a cold swim in the pool. Highly recommend

We ( a group of 5 hikers) stayed in the White House before and after our Fish River Canyon hike . What a great surprise !! The farmhouse is decorated with furniture of the past in a stylish manner and brought back memories of a bygone era. The hosts , Dolf and Nita, are absolutely fantastic. We took the hiking package that included breakfast and dinner on both days. The quality and quantity of food was great. The chef must really be complimented ! Dolf also took us on a tour of the area and his passion for his work and love for his country is clear. We will definitely be back.

We would strongly recommend White House Guest Farm as a stopover not to be missed. Dolf, Nita and their family extended heartfelt hospitality. There meals are also not to be missed. A great place to overnight at!

The White house was was one of our favourite stays in Namibia. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything. The dinner is a must. The food was brought to the chalet from the farmhouse, wrapped in a blanket to keep warm. The 3 course meal was delicious and very reasonable. Loved the short walk around the farm. Very nice pool to cool down in.

We spent one night in one of the self-catering chalets at the White House Guest Farm. The welcome was very warm, and both the room and bathroom were in excellent condition, very clean, and lovingly decorated. The chalets include everything you need for self-catering, but we highly recommend booking dinner as well! The food is delivered ready-made to the chalets and is excellent! We would stay here again anytime!

A perfect self-catering cottage with everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. The view from our unit was pleasant and the braai place was very functional and convenient. When we were there there was a tremendous thunderstorm but we were very comfortable inside and enjoyed watching the lightning and listening to the wonderful rain. We'd ordered braai packs for dinner and breakfast baskets and these were very generous - far more than we needed. If you're not very hungry, maybe consider sharing one braai pack between a couple or asking for less.
