"The problems started right at check-in. When booking, I asked for a quiet room. As a rule, it is somewhere in the corner or at the end of the corridor. The room was given at the very beginning of the corridor near the elevator. A walk-through yard. I understand that sometimes there is no opportunity when the hotel is full. The weather was disgusting and did not encourage walks. Returning in the evening at the beginning of 11 pm, 7 windows were on on one side of the hotel and 10 on the other. The planned ophthalmologists' conference was 2 days after our check-in date. Accordingly, the hotel was more than half empty. It turns out that customer focus here is below the baseboard. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. The best part came later) The room was prepared for one. There was no second set of towels, slippers, robe, etc. Half of the buttons on the TV remote did not work. The refrigerator was out of order. It was warmer in it than in the room. When we asked to change the refrigerator, they said there were no spare ones. I asked to change it to a room with a working one - there are no rooms. They did offer to put it in their refrigerator on the 1st floor. We didn't feel like running to them every time. As a result, we drank warm mineral water, and all the dairy products went bad. And all this, I remind you, was not in a roadside hotel, but in a 5* in Grozny. The windows hadn't been washed for a looooong time. I will leave the one small single shelf for soap in the shower without comment. See photo. Photos say more than words. I had to take shampoo with me into the shower, then get out of it, put the shampoo down and take a bar of soap, because there was nowhere to put both. It was also very "convenient" to use the vanity table. There is no chair. There is one armchair. Moving it across the carpet is a real pleasure, I tell you. And before that, I also need to move the coffee table somewhere. Okay, I thought, I'll go swim in the pool and relax in the jacuzzi. I came, they sent me to change in the locker room. I go in, and there on the bench is a sports bag and men's (!) clothes. I ask, is this normal? They say yes. After all, I'm alone in the pool, and the owner of the clothes in the gym is also alone. Well, ok... The pool is great. But the water temperature in it is only for training. If you swim "recreational" style, you will freeze. I froze, went to the jacuzzi. The water is warm - great. I try to turn it on so that it gurgles - it does not work. I went and asked. They said it was broken. I got out of the pool, went to the shower. The women's is closed (!) They sent me to the men's. Curtain! The circus is over. I will never set foot in this hotel again and we do not advise you to. The prices are like in a decent 5 *, and the service is such ... sad. The only good things are the building/interior and decent breakfasts."
