Отель тут не причем, а вот приложение Trip.com - это очень хитрая организация, которая явно работает под прикрытием. Мало того, что добиться чего-то у них просто невозможно так еще и нагло наживаются на своих клиентах. Очень надеюсь, что вся ваша контора завалится.
