Location is great. Lots of places within walking distance, or a short drive. Service was quick, helpful, and friendly. The room was pretty clean. No bugs or anything, but the tub would take a while to drain which was the only downside in terms of cleanliness. Much like other Extended Stay hotels, it’s like a temporary apartment. Full size fridge, microwave, cable tv, a/c, and it has its own laundry room that takes coins or cards, which is a big help. Overall I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive hotel for a trip that’ll last longer than a few days.

Off our list Low budget hotel that used to be more comfortable. Has attracted a concerning element of guest and we are now uncomfortable staying here. Had to pass questionable people everytime we left and came back.

Fool me once Front desk service was the best thing about this hotel. I checked in, got my room, and went upstairs. When I opened the door I was hit with a bad electrical “burnt” smell. Housekeeping had left the window wide open to try to get rid of the smell. There was no TV. The stove top in the kitchenette was missing a burner. I went in bathroom to wash my hands and the sink wouldn’t drain. I went downstairs to ask for a different room. The second room was better, there were TWO tvs, but the remote did not operate either one. The toilet seat was falling off the toilet. There are 4 other hotels within 1/4 mile radius, I will be picking one of them next time.

Gates with no locks, weeds smoke inside premise, main room door don’t lock leaving the room unsecure, windows curtains dirty, sink broke, restroom look broken, no towels change.

Telltale signs of unsafe property- surrounded by high security steel fence with broken locks & , inoperable gates & doors, abandoned damaged cars with broken windshields in hotel Parking area, room doors with reinforced steel plates that showed signs of tampering. Many signs on building warning of leaving items in car. Dirty room windows. . This was the only choice within 20 min.of airport- as all rooms were booked that day I opted to pay maximum price & add to my commute. The staff was helpful in to arranging a refund.

The room and property looked nothing like the photo. We walked in to the room and it stunk really bad. The dresser was obviously broken, the drawer was falling out. The office chair had lots of gross stains on it pushed up to a coffee table. The "queen" bed was the size of a double and it was placed on a box spring bigger than the mattress. The bathtub had chipping paint and had water damage to the wall. The ceiling had stains on it. The room felt dirty. We didn't feel comfortable staying. So we never even brought a bag into the room. We walked in, walked out & we turned in our keys & booked at a different hotel. The manager has since refused a refund of the nights we didn't stay. The positive was the front desk staff we encountered were very friendly.
