RIU Ocho Rios is immaculate. Breathtaking views, beautiful ocean front, party vibes, great service and food. I highly recommend. Big up!!!

My room tv did not work. The room also smelled like a basement. They only played slow music at the swim up bar so instead everyone was playing their personal speakers and there was a million different songs playing. This property was pretty boring.

The front desk staff and management was TERRIBLE!!! Extremely rude, not helpful whenever you made a complaint, giving wrong information

We absolutely loved the staff. We have been to plenty of all inclusive resorts in the past. For the most part they are about the same for the experience and for the food. This was one of our better experiences. The food and drinks were a step above and the staff could not been any nicer.

I loved my stay at RIU will stay there again. It had everything we didn't have to leave the resort. Arranging our outings was easy and service was sound to none.

Horrible service, rooms smell of mold, no comforter, no sliding glass door locks, the staff was rude. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s compared to a Red Roof Inn

Hands down the best all inclusive I have been to!!! The property was beautiful. I felt Riu Ocho Rios was big but small enough to walk from one end to the other with ease. The staff was truly some of the nicest people!!!! They made it fun with all the activities and they always were smiling and making sure you were having a good time. This resort was made for families as well as adults. The beach was beautiful. I highly recommend the steakhouse and Italian restaurant. The buffet was good with plenty of options. We will definitely be back!!
There were a couple suggestions I would make… the beds were stiff and a little uncomfortable. There was no drink service at the beach so you have to walk back up to the pools to get drinks. The reggae band was good but I wish there were more options at night. And I wish they had gluten free desserts and bread.
But overall an amazing a vacation and we can’t wait to come back and bring the family!!!

Everything was great except when it was time to leave. Our transportation was not scheduled to go back to the airport leaving me worried about how i was going to get there on time. Other than that, i had an amazing trip!
