Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

The room was immaculate and everything was disabled friendly the room was spacious being a wheelchair user lowered bath and toilet grab rails everywhere the bed was lower and needed an uber taxi to get from one side to the other all the ladies on reception went above and beyond to look after us and make our stay enjoyable i usually wake up in the night multiple times but the bed was so comfortable i slept all the way through the night everyone the cleaning ladies the breakfast lady behind the counter and the front of house team were brilliant the only thing the could change is the wardrobe shelf was too high for a wheelchair user but was ideal for my brother to put his clothes on id definitely recommend this premier inn as the other one in Yarmouth town centre is a no go area at night time thank you for a great time would definitely recommend this hotel 😁👍

Stayed for the Vauxhall weekend and hotel was very good on cleanliness. Could help ourselves to teas and coffees as and when needed. Staff were all very happy and helpful especially Sophie in particular who made our stay especially pleasurable. Nothing was too much hassle and she is a very knowledgeable staff member. Thank you for making a wonderful weekend even better!

Nosey extractor fan. Couldnt be moved room as hotel full. Had to manually switch off by standing on chair. Switch back on to have shower otherwise fire alarm activated! #healthandsafety? House keeping poor - room service advised seperately by me and my wife we we were leaving the room and could they please clean through, got back a few hours later room not touched!! Sophie on reception very helpful and empathetic. Clearly not supported by middle / senior managers #costcutting

this is the first time i have stayed at this premiere inn, i would certainly go back, the location is ideal and the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, thank you premiere inn for a lovely stay, and my parents had a nice time too, room 302 was a quiet room

This hotel is just a 10 min walk from Great Yarmouth station. Seems to be more of a hotel for workers to stop off overnight rather than holidaymakers. All staff I came across were polite and helpful. Room on the 1st floor was quiet and clean. Breakfast was decent and I could see all products offered for my continental choice were on offer. Would be happy to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Reception and restaurant staff were extremely pleasant and informative. The breakfasts were excellent quality, especially the choice available and the freshness (nothing left out too long to dry up). We were accommodated on one table for our large group which make the get together all the more special.
