Spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with kitchen, sitting area, screened-in patio with outdoor sectional and dining area. Fully rehabbed in 2022. Shangri-La offers beautiful ocean views and a white sand beach, large Smart TVs in the family room and the primary bedroom. There is a stack washer & dryer; kitchen with utensil and appliance (including blender, coffee maker, toaster), plus board games for those lazy afternoons and evenings. The house is large enough to comfortable entertain up to 6 people. Your comfort can be environmentally comfortable with individual AC units in all bedrooms, plus a unit in living room area. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans with adjustable lighting. Just off of the living room there is a spacious screened-in patio with a large sectional couch and dining table that seats up to 6 people. There are beach chairs, a gas and charcoal grill and enough space to relax or for the kids to play. Whether you're on a family vacation or a peaceful getaway to paradise this is the house for you! Shangri-La is located on a 7 mile white sand beach (Tar Bay Beach), centrally located and minutes from the airport.
