The room provided everything we needed for one night stay. The bed was fresha and clean and also comfortable for two people to sleep on. The bathroom was clean. If need to stay again I would be happy to do so. The only problem we had was we couldn't find the bell/buzzer to ring to get the attention of the recetion staff easily.

Have stayed many times at this hotel but this is our first since the closure of the Woodlands. Our first to The Social for breakfast our host Kelsa greeted us with a great smile and nothing was too much trouble. Our Chef Karen made a fantastic Vegan breakfast for my wife all from scratch. A lovely new place for the legendary breakfast. Well done both of you for making it so special.

Decent hotel that often has very good prices. No extra charge for parking. 15 minute walk into town. Very good breakfast set up. Well run by Chlo and Matty. Be aware this hotel does not have air-conditioning. So the rooms can get very warm, especially in the summer.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have all necessities you could need, it's a great help being able to leave my luggage with staff several hours before check in time so I don't have to bring it out and about with me. Beds are very comfortable. We always love having a room with a bath tub for that extra relaxation vibe! Have stayed at this hotel several times.

The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and the kids eat free...Clo and Charlotte were fab taking care of us. Our room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable, we all slept really well. I will definitely use Premier Inn for future bookings.

Over all a good place to stay room was clean and comfortable the building is a little tired nothing to spoil your stay though Saturday mornings buffet breakfast was nothing short of amazing cooked to perfection by Charlotte who was on top of her job but still had time to chat abilly assisted by Alcilia who was friendly approachable and nothing was too much trouble a top team working seamlessly and a credit to the firm Contrast this with sunday although we were booked for a time the buffet breakfast wasn't you had to order and waited a full hour for it to be served but sadly some of it was still cold both staff seemed.compleatly overwhelmed by the numbers eating even though you have to book the day before and select a time the coffee machine constantly ran out of milk the orange juice consistently only had enough for three people and the person serving looked like you had just insulted her mother when it was pointed out to her Over all the staff were friendly and approachable Sunday's catering staff were probably let down more by policy and cost saving drives rather than actual ability Would still recomend it as a place to stay

We’ve had a lovely evening in the restaurant. We’re only staying here for one night and was greeted by the lovely receptionist. She was super welcoming. Kelsa the chef did an absolutely brilliant job cooking solo this evening. Every meal (8 mains) was presented so beautifully- the service was outstanding. I honestly don’t know how Kelsa cooked our food so quickly. Everything was delicious and all served all at once. We would definitely recommend this friendly hotel and restaurant.

The hotel was ok but the Breakfast was a complete disaster. The check-in staff were very professional, the rooms were fine, so far so good, till we got up for breakfast, we were a party of 8 and we had booked a time for breakfast expecting there to be a breakfast buffet as usual at Premier Inns, this wasn't the case there was nothing prepared, it took the lady in the dining area 3 attempts to confirm we had paid, then another 20 minutes for her to take our order, which then took almost an hour for the food to arrive, a complete disaster. The coffee machine was empty of milk again it took here 20 minutes to fill thus, I asked for some bread to make toast as it was taking that long to get a breakfast and it was frozen in the middle. I use Premier Inn a lot with my job but this was the worst I've ever been to in regards the breakfast buffet and for once I will say it wasn't worth the £10.99 we paid (Its usually very good value). We all left hungry and went for a Sunday dinner about an hour later. So use the hotel its good, but avoid the breakfast.
