Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!

The hotel is a good place to bring children to play, with a water park and a variety of activities arranged compactly, the restaurant service and food quality are good, and the atmosphere is very good. The hotel room is very clean.

The room was large and clean, with a microwave and a small refrigerator. The location is also very good, with a large shopping mall next to it, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel breakfast was quite satisfactory, and hot water was even provided. The airport shuttle booked at check-in was on time, and the driver was very polite and took the initiative to help move the luggage. A very pleasant stay experience.

Some of my family and I traveled to Grapevine, Tx for the upcoming Dallas Cowboy vs NY Giants game in Oct 2020. I must say that it was, truly, a WONDER-FULL STAY at this hotel!! The professionalism, hospitality, and respect was SPOT ON! Location was AWESOME...very close to shopping and various eateries (actuallu in walking distance)! Additionally, HATS OFF to Bonnie and Clyde's restaurant located inside of the hotel. Food, drinks, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was GREAT ♥️🍸🥩🍲♥️! The only downside was not having a microwave in the room. Other than that, this hotel is A GREAT and Beauty-FULL place to stay whether it's for business or for leisure.

Just near the airport, very convenient, clean and tidy, cost-effective. The only downside is that breakfast is as simple as other convenient hotels, but it is too simple, even sausage, scrambled eggs.

It was a good stay, close to the airport. Room was spotless and had all the necessities.Shuttle service was timely and efficient.

Proximity to airport, good breakfast and excellent transportation service. Great staff from Manager Rhonda to drivers and cleaning staff, they make you feel they appreciated your patronage. Good restaurants nearby, suggest Saltgrass Grill, Boomer Sports Bar & Olive Garden. All within walking distance. Driver will take you to n from airport, Grapevine Mills and Historic Town for free. Tips for driver to/from airport appreciated but not compulsory. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommended.

All very good EXCEPT CHECK IN Black girl with a mask No help, on her personal cell phone, training a new hire Caucasian male had an attitude, sad very sad, Fortunately the new shift girl blond Caucasian was friendly and assisted with our check in. I rented 2 rooms!!
