Quality Inn

This place has definitely without a doubt let me down. The first girl I met at the desk was a blonde lady she was absolutely the best. Helped us out in such a big way. I had just gotten out of surgery and needed to rest. She was fast and great. The next two ladies I didn't even get a little grin they were mean and I honestly wanted to tell them to go to hell and that's not me at all. I asked about towels for the pool and I was just told to use my room towels which there were only two and there are three of us to begin with. So know we're down to one towel 3 people and I'm terrified to go ask. This is ridiculous. Don't get started on the pool. The woman at the front desk obviously didn't care or wasn't paying attention to who was in the pool. When I first got here it looked like homeless people were relaxing pool side with there bikes just chillen. Then later on people im there cars with kids were pulling up swimming and getting back into there cars and leaving. I don't mind this at all but maybe hotels guests can have a certain time to swim idk I'm just so disappointed in this hotel and this third party booking app. I really feel I let my family down is what it boils down to
