The Grandview Plaza Inn & Suites is a really nice hotel with a very friendly staff. They had washers & dryers & a young lady by the name of Amanda took the time to conduct laundry services for me while I was away visiting family in the near by area. The manager took the time to reassure me that I could always call ahead of time to reserve a room. The hotel had plenty of surveillance cameras on the premises to ensure the communal safety of all patrons who reside there as well as plenty of external lighting. I will gladly stay here once again & I am very proud of the way that business is conducted at the Grandview Plaza Inn & Suites. The Grandview Plaza Inn & Suites is a great place for a nice stay & a warm welcome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed help with setting up the TV and the staff responded quickly. It was an efficient check in.The room was quiet and comfortable It was an easy check out. It is located close to a well stocked convenience store. Overall it was a good experience.

Booked a two queen bed room. The room was in the second building away from the office. This appeared to be the building with the suites. The room was dirty. The sheets were clean. The bed was comfortable. Quiet location. We got a good night's sleep. Just did not want to touch anything with bare hands. Burned out light bulb inside door. Only other lamp was not plugged in. Office gave me another bulb; it was bad. This building must not get much attention. This might explain the radically divergent reviews for this motel. There was free (non-secure) wi-fi, but it was too weak to use. Had to go to office to use.

Joe and Tonya are great! They did not charge for my emotional support animals. Very clean rooms. A well maintained roadside motel in what felt like a safe area. You won’t get a big breakfast, but let’s be real, hotel breakfasts are typically not worth the trouble. Save your money, stay here and eat a nice breakfast nearby.

We were looking for a place to stay on short notice and they were great people. Joe and Tanya were very friendly and the place was very clean and big. Very fair price and stay for what we were needing. It was a last second stay traveling across highway 70. If you are going to stop in junction, stop here. Highly recommend.

Its a slightly dated property it did have a computer desk, micro and refrig The staff was great esp Wendy. Back from highway so below average noise level. Pretty clean not perfect but well above average. Breakfast was just coffee and some rolls I am planning to stay again next month.

Everything was great except the bed. The price was good compared to other options. It was handy to the Interstate. Check-in was efficient and friendly. They gladly answered my questions as well as checking me in. The room was roomy and clean. There were plenty of lights and outlets. The bed was very uncomfortable for me. It felt cheap and hard. Anyone less particular about their mattress would do well here and save some money.

The hotel was quiet and we slept very well. The sheets seemed clean and the a/c worked well as did the in-room refrigerator and microwave. We were given a little snack bag for each person in our room when we checked in which was a nice gesture. Other things about the room didn't seem clean. I would probably stay here again, but would bring my own bathroom cleaning supplies.
