Great hotel. Much more than expected! Room was very cute, modern, and beds were so comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. Very conveniently located.
Parking was around the corner in a parking garage as the hotel didn’t offer parking - wish I would have known this prior, but it worked out fine.

Bartender Wesley was fantastic. His kindness and friendliness made us feel like were are friends and family.
We felt very at home at the City Flats Hotel. The bed was very cozy. We would happily stay again.

Was very quiet and convenient to downtown festivities, restaurants, etc. would not book here if you are going to be in the room for more than sleeping. Staff was not supportive and even offered for us to check out after simply asking if there were any other rooms available due to our room having a view of 3 brick walls. Room felt extremely small, wasted space, no view. Would check with staff before booking to see where your room is.

It wasn’t “bad” but I was just severely disappointed. The rooms are individually decorated but there was no thought out behind it. No refrigerator or microwave. The ice bucket was in the bathroom with no liner/bag. There isn’t even an ice machine on the whole side of the hotel I was in so the point was mute. I paid $3.18 for a small black coffee at 8:30am on a Saturday morning. Like what??? I should’ve stayed at a holiday inn. 😂😂

We loved the location. But we got our room went and had something to eat and when we returned our key didnt work, after 3 tries up and down the elevator, the desk help got it to work. No big deal but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room was for two but only one towel.

Small rooms. Fine finish details were lacking. IE shelves crooked and leaning tonthe point shampoo bottle wont stay withoht falling off. For the price i had expected more. It was clean and the staff was nice. I can say that for certain.
