The living room offers a wood-burning stove and a flatscreen TV while the window-filled sleeping porch offers a sunny spot to relax where you might spot a moose walking by. Head out onto the front porch and enjoy the sunset over the lake or go out onto the back deck to grill up some dinner and enjoy the fresh mountain air. In the summer head to the marina to rent a boat, into Rocky Mountain National Park to hike one of the many trails, or to the golf course. In the winter rent a snowmobile, go to the golf course for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding or downhill skiing and snowboarding are just 20 minutes away at Granby Ranch or 45 minutes away in Winter Park.
