The dining area seats four, with additional seating throughout for shared meals or casual snacks. Living Areas: – Front living room: Spacious sectional, accent chair, smart TV – Back parlor: Twin beds, seating area, smart TV Perfect for movie nights, lounging, or separate spaces for adults and kids. Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in both the front and back sections of the home. Additional Details to Note: – Pets are not allowed at this property. – For monthly stays, a professional cleaning is required every 30 days. Our team will coordinate the cleaning, and the cost will be charged to the guest. – For stays longer than 10 days, a $500 security deposit is required. This will be refunded after checkout as long as the home is left in good condition, no excessive cleaning is needed, and all items are present and undamaged. – This home is divided into two units (front and back), but when you book this listing, you are reserving the entire property. A secure interior door separates the two units and is unlocked only when both spaces are booked together. This door is protected by a unique code that is changed between stays for guest privacy and security.
