The newly and modernly furnished house is only about 100 metres walking distance from the popular natural beach of El Médano - especially ideal for surfers and all water sports enthusiasts, who can reach the beach with their boards in about 2 minutes on foot and safely store all their equipment on the large terrace of the house.
