위치는 완벽합니다 그라나다 센터 한가운데에 위치해 있습니다 하지만 방이 작고 시트 청소 상태가 열악합니다 곳곳에 서 나오는 먼지에 재채기가 나왔습니다 방도 생각보다 작았습니다 직원들의 서비스는 양호했습니다

The people very nice and friendly Lobby and breakfast was great The room was very small and ac did not work well it was not cooling enough The Hotel is on a perfect spot Walking distance to everywhere Great Location But you need to improve on room Specially A/ C Everything else was very good Sincerely Miriam

The staff at check in was friendly, however he stopped attending to us while checking us in to resolve some other issues of people who asked him to do small things. It made me feel less important than the people who came after me to ask the staff to do some things for them. Check in staff could have asked those other clients to wait for a few minutes to finish our check in. It’s a matter of respect. Check in staff upset one client (myself and my party) while pleasing other two clients who were in line behind me. I did not say anything to him because I thought it would prolong the check in process with the discussion, but better training from the supervisor would be in order.

Melia Granada was a great hotel! First, I would classify it as a "luxury" hotel for the area with a great staff and really clean rooms. Secondly, they offer very good amenities including excellent breakfast and room service. Lastly, they have parking right next door so you don't have to drag your suitcases for blocks once you park your car. I definitely recommend Melia Granada.

Everything was excellent, the location, breakfast, easy parking, the restaurant Garbo was good quality and good price.

Staff friendly and helpful. Goor bar area. Good location. Rooms very small. Uncomfortable bed sheets and pillows. No international TV stations. Only local Spanish channels. Big disadvantage. Limited and warm drinks in the fridge, for which the hotel actually charged.

Very nice hotel with all amenities. We were greeted at the door by a bellman who unloaded our suitcases and brought them up to our room while we parked in the on-site parking lot. We only stayed one night but were very happy with the accommodations.

Only stayed here one night but enjoyed our visit. We had two connecting rooms which worked well for our family (parents and 2 daughters in their 20s). Hotel is conveniently located - walked to everything. Really enjoyed exploring the streets/shops of Granada and touring the Alhambra. Definitely worth the visit and overnight stay to see sunset over Alhambra.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and lovely hotel overall. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Granada.

This hotel is execellent especilly location and breakfast is so nice.

Ecofriendly central hotel. We offered a room at the second floor overlook the hoist and just above the gym. Very noisy due to elevator running and people using the gym from early in the morning

Hotel located in the centre of granada walking distance from most sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect for families.

Very good location. Our room is small but very clean. The off site parking is just next door.
