Beautiful hotel - very good and friendly support in the reception! Most appreciated was the wonderful restaurant in the last-floor (8-floor). Wonderful view around Granada and best service ever in the restaurant having a very tasty lunch (Javier and colleges).

In my 30+ years living on this planet I have honestly never stayed at a worse hotel than Ohtels San Antón in Granada. First of all the hotel is pretty expensive for such an old, outdated hotel. The interior is very old and very, very basic. Nowhere near what I consider a 4-star hotel. The shower was terrible. Very little pump pressure and the shower was located in an uncomfortable bath tub. Apart from that the shower was also very dirty (brown stains). The 2-person bed was in fact two single beds moved next to each other, with a gap in between. Not what I call a 2-person bed. But the lousy interior and crap facilities where just the least of my complaints. Deep in the night we were rudely awakened by a very loud noise, coming from outside our room, but inside the hotel. We called the reception, who told us that the noise was coming from the kitchen preparing breakfast. It was 5.30 by that time. The reception told us that the noise would stop in a few minutes, but it didn't. We complained again and they offered us to move to another room. WHO ON EARTH WANTS TO PACK THEIR BAGS AND MOVE ROOMS AT 5.45 IN THE NIGHT?? We refused and decided to file a complaint the next morning. As we did. Hotel manager J. GONZALEZ spoke to us and apologized for the crappy night we had. He promised us to give us a full refund, which we truly appreciated. But little did we know..... Now almost 2 months later Mr J. GONZALEZ says he was not working that day, and he never met us. Scumbag J. GONZALEZ even gave us his business card, which we kept as proof. J. GONZALEZ refuses to refund the hotel costs and is a first class unreliable liar who you should never trust. There are plenty of decent hotels in Granada so please look somewhere else in town. Your stay will be horrendous and if you complain the scumbag manager J. GONZALEZ will lie to you without blinking an eye. Shame on you Mr. J. GONZALEZ, I know you are reading this.

Excelente Hotel, ubicado tan solo cinco minutos de la capital de Granada Estacionar es un poco difícil de aquí en la zona está bastante concurrida, hay poco aparcamiento y hay mucha zona azul El hotel reformado hace poco cuenta con habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, cómodas y modernas. En la última planta tiene una terraza con vistas panorámicas a la ciudad de Granada, también una cafetería El buffet relación calidad precio está bastante bien, cuenta con zonade salados, con mesa de dulces y zona de fruta, con variedad de tipos de pan La habitación que teníamos reservada era bastantes espaciosa, tenía vistas a la ciudad, cama, bastante cómoda con varias almohadas, el baño con plato de ducha, bastante cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario para el día día, tenía puerta independiente. Todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. De bienvenida ponen todos los días dos botellitas de agua El Hotel está bastante cerca del del centro, Tiene la catedral a cinco minutos andando, la zona comercial, El Corte Inglés y diversas tiendas, el Río Genil también lo tiene muy cerca

Hotel muy bueno a solo 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad.El desayuno espectacular y la habitación muy limpia y confortable.Facil aparcamiento por la zona.Personal muy agradable,tanto en recepción,comedor y limpieza .

Catastrophe !! À fuir ménage non fait , piscine sale , télé ne fonctionne pas et aucune solution trouvée en 10 jours , logement 64 au deuxième étage et pas d’ascenseur, même pas un petit frigo dans le logement il faut déposer les sacs à la réception. J’ai mis une étoile pour les réceptionnistes qui étaient tous sympas.
