房間還可以，雖然有點老了，但是住得很舒服。服務特別好。餐廳環境，套餐，服務都特別好。 不喜歡：25€/天的停車位！給我安排了最小的角落裡的停車位，旁邊的車位還有消防門和滅火器。按道理來説，這裏衹有一個車位。我和酒店談了好幾次讓他們給我換個車位，但是他們就是不換，最後把兩個車位都給我了…這樣的價格的車位，我是想把車停好，如果我車沒停好，你給我三個車位我也不喜歡！ Esto es para los gerentes del hotel: estuvimos 2 días y pagamos 50€ por una plaza de garaje, me asignaron un parking que según a mi parecer ya estaba mal diseñado, ya que estando una puerta lateral （plaza 20）y con un extintor no debería existir ninguna plaza de garaje! Me asignaron la 19, si aparco bien yo no podría bajar del coche de lo pequeño que es la plaza y pedí que me lo cambiara, pero no me lo permitieron y la solución fue darme las 2 plazas…a mi personalmente me gusta hacer las cosas bien! Y más si pago 25€/dia una plaza de garaje, por 2 días fueron 50€. Si no puedo aparcar bien el coche aunque me asignen 3 plazas de garaje, sigue sin estar bien! Para el caballero, que sería el encargado de recepción la tarde del día 16 de agosto, un 0 por sus malas maneras y no hace falta hablar a la gente con desprecio, de hecho no fue en ningún momento capaz de hablarme en persona, sino por medio de otra persona y estaba delante de mi…fue una muy mala experiencia y una gran pena! Porque el hotel nos gustó mucho!

El hotel es precioso y lo tienen muy cuidado y limpio. El personal es muy agrádenle y educado. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. Fue una agradable sorpresa saber que podríamos disfrutar de la sauna. Desafortunadamente, no puedo poner a mi estancia 5 estrellas ya que la habitación no está insonorizada, daba al patio-restaurante y se escuchaban ruidos constantes. Por la noche los ruidos de recoger la cena y en la mañana sobre las 5am para preparar el desayuno mas los operarios que estarían trabajando, hicieron que no pudiéramos dormir en toda la noche. Creo que si resuelven la insonorización sería un hotel de diez!

酒店位置不錯，有付費停車場，25歐/天在小城市來説算貴，但是太方便了。 房間可以延遲退房到2點非常好。 酒店樓下就有酒吧和咖啡，早餐環境很好。 從酒店走到最熱鬧的噴泉和酒吧區大約5分鐘，25分鐘也能穿越城市走到阿爾漢布拉宮。 前兩張圖為房間窗外的教堂，噴泉就在出門右拐小公園。

位置在市中心，周邊餐飲購物很方便，但離ahambra還有段距離。早餐豐富，乾淨衞生，推薦👍👍

It was my fourth time in this hotel, it is in the center of granada near everything, you can have a room on the back street or court yard as i think or the street which is the most beautiful, they have a very nice restaurant that offers a tasty and i can say with a touch of art. All staf who work there are friendly especiall Mr. Alvaro Vallejo (i hope that the name is right) who works in the restaurant for service, he can speak only spanish but eaven though he will find a way to understand each other and with a wide smile always.. He is an exceptional person. Finally i recommend this hotel for any type of visit

A nice surprise. Nice room, quiet, clean and nicely equipped. And not over furnished. Excellent breakfast. Good reception in the reception and perfect parking!

We are an Australian couple, in their 60’s, on 12 month retirement holiday. The Vincci Albayzin is a delightful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms aren’t large but are comfortable. Good bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a lovely bar and lots of inviting sitting areas. A step back in time feeling which is comforting. Lovely staff.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated for the centre of Granada. Friendly, helpful staff. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening- the food was delicious! We would stay there again!

Close to downtown main attractions with parking on site. Comfortable and clean, with the exception of mattresses that were very used or very sagging
