Socialtel Granada - Formerly Selina Granada

Отель удобно расположен в центре, рядом с ресторанами и основными улицами. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь, в том числе с организацией экскурсий. Комната была чистой, комфортной и хорошо оборудованной, а передний двор с местами для отдыха создавал приятную атмосферу. Однако в отеле было довольно жарко, так как кондиционер работал только в номерах, а в холлах и общих зонах его не было. Также балкон соседнего номера находился слишком близко к моему окну, что немного снижало уровень уединения. В целом, отель оставил хорошее впечатление благодаря удобному расположению и сервису. Но стоит учитывать, что в жаркую погоду может быть не очень комфортно в общих зонах, а цены на напитки выше средних по городу.

Staying at the Societel Granda puts you in the middle of all the action and energy. I LOVE the old town and had a blast at the Selina. The staff was GREAT! And helped me with my Spanish, offered such great adventure recommendations and encouraged us to join in all the fun during our stay. Hostels are great because you meet so many people on amazing travel journeys. Get tips and tricks. I did yoga with Aisha during my two weeks in Granada and it was a highlight. Her evening flows were wonderful and an essential part of my routine. I'm doing them even after returning home! We had some great adventures...go to Lake Apoyo, check out the gym PURE, catch the Mentalist's show, hike the stairs to the Treehouse party (but wear good shoes!). And make sure to spend time at the church on the square. Take a local tour and see the market. Make chocolate. Push yourself and take Spanish lessons with the women at Spanish Dale! I had an amazing trip and can't wait to come back!

They gave us a room they called a suite, but everything is old and neglected. Here are all the problems we experienced: 1. The shower water flow is extremely weak, and figuring out how to make it work feels like solving a puzzle. 2. There is no hot water in any of the rooms! 3. There is no phone in the room to call the reception. 4. There is no refrigerator in the room. 5. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible. We constantly lose internet access. 6. The neighboring room is so close that we hear every single word they say. The walls are paper thin, and we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. 7. The shared kitchen shown in the photos is permanently closed. 8. During check-in, they asked us to pay for the room again, even though I had already paid at the time of booking. I had to show them proof from my bank account. They made us wait 10 minutes and didn’t even apologize or explain the situation afterward. If I hadn’t shown proof, they would’ve charged me again. Absolutely unbelievable. 9. During check-in, my girlfriend and I had 4 bags. I was carrying everything. The staff walked us to the room but didn’t even offer to help with the luggage. Not even once. 10. The service is extremely poor and insincere. The staff seem uninterested and unfriendly. I regret spending my money on this hotel. It’s one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone!

Selena Grande was an absolute delight. I get the sense that it's maybe a little bit of a party place, but I didn't participate in that. I booked myself into a private room, which was amazing. It had a balcony that looked out over the square. Everything was so attractive and comfortable. I could live there. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the water was hot, and the air conditioning was cold. The staff were helpful and could organize all sorts of i excursions and activities. In the evening there was live music and people having drinks on the patio. During the rest of the day, I found it was pleasant to sit on the front patio with a coffee or breakfast and do a bit of work with great views. The location was excellent for walking everywhere that you'd want to go. It wasn't exactly cheap, but it wasn't expensive. I would stay there again.

This was my favorite stay at a hostel so far. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was the best part. Alex and Eliezer were so kind and helpful, which is so important when you are a solo traveler like me. They were attentive and really made my experience here the best!! I will be coming back soon!!
