This is the journey with family party of 15 for 1 week 19/01 to 26/01 I posted last years review recently I thought it was already posted.So this is JAN 2025 review .As the wife and I stayed here last MAY had hoped it would be improved . The check-in was easy rooms good/ pool great / great for kids HOTEL great except for the HOT food in Restaurant which I would say was poorer than last year was So Bad that after 2nd night we only used it for Tea ,Toast AND FRUIT JUICE AT BREAKFAST which on the Saturday they fitted a new fruit juice machine which now is very weak in flavour .We all ate out every other night of our break . The only saving grace was that the snack bar was good for Lunch.Not using Restaurant was brought to a head when the Chef was using the same utensils for Cooking /Serving Meat AND Fish raised this with a senior Chef and JET 2 Rep .The hot food is served below Min Hot Holding Temp which risks Food Poisoning also No Food Allergy Advise shown /Ice Cream Freezer is still the same as last year Ice Cream goes to milk very quickly . IF FOOD STANDARDS WOULD IMPROVE this would be a Very Good Hotel but until this happens would not consider returning.The Manager I spoke last year to was in the Hotel when we were departing for the Airport .The new snack bar is a massive improvement from last year and was great for Lunch.

Aiming to be objective here, please note if you are looking for a quiet room you really must request in advance as many rooms are over the entertainment area and the noise impacts significantly on your holiday. Much to be applauded here : Staff are exceptional. Rooms are superb. Open Spaces immaculate Food is very good and varied Cleanliness : everywhere is immaculate. The only negative is the entertainment i thought was dismal. For a 4 star hotel it was not varied and bingo and karaoke is poor. It is hard to be negative however as we paid nowhere near top dollar for this holiday and overall it was excellent value for money. Well Done all concerned.

The hotel is a great place to go too,people moaning about the food must be very very picky as food is fine. The staff are lovely from reception to entertainment. It's a great complex with lots of stuff to do. Everywhere you want to go is 7 euro in a cab if you want to go out. Holiday world is a 3-5 min walk which is good for a bit of fun.

A great 3 days! Hotel was clean modern and everything was located perfectly. Room and beds were comfortable, & had a great bathroom. Received a very kind free gift on arrival of free all inclusive for our party of 14. Reception staff were very good help. The best part was the day time entertainment and the two lovely entertainment staff working while we were there Sheila and amanda, we all had great fun and made two new friends we will never forget, leaving was emotional and we can’t thank them enough. Overall we have had the most wonderful holiday!! Sheila and amanda we miss you already! Mwaaaaaa💋 Love Zoe from Scotland

Livvos Koala Club is not a 4* resort. The food is plentiful but mediocre, plates are very warm, but food is tepid... Snack bar serving 1/2 cooked burgers or the opposite... burnt with crispy edges !!! WiFi during daytime seems okay, but at night (or early morning) it's very very poor, either doesn't connect at all or connects "without Internet" I would only rate it a 3* at most

Great hotel .some of the staff are friendly. Everything was great except one thing .the poolside bar is very poor looks really tatty and is in need of updating and would like to see what food is available when open also only one member of staff at the time of serving .would love to go back but the bar really let's it down .
