Average hotel, FO. Refuse to talk in English at the beginning, stayed in a small old renewed room, crawling insects from the trees and dead branches falling on the roof and trees, view in balcony. I had a stomach problem from the black pepper used to reserve the food. Note I spoke to you hotel lady doctor. Spa management miscommunication, zero sales skills, sauna needs better hygiene. Fruits and vegetables are fresh, Guzlama and Pide are the best food corners. Good animation program, Ms. Nur and Mr. Hogan ;) the best. Good restaurant service, all the stuff in good attitude. Ms. Yasmina, Yulia and the Mr. Who organised our event table on the 13th of May. Smiling faces makes magic, please keep it in mind. Coffee shop thanks for the smiling young ladies are the best service. Pool bar Mr. Cevad Ms. Delara helpful. Asked about the GM from guest relation replied he is always busy :) normally he should be informed immediately if any of the guests asked to see him. Not recommending to visit again, less than a 5* resort. Anyway it was the beginning of the season and I appreciated the efforts to restart. Good luck. Philip Habib.

This is our family hotel that we have been coming every year since 2019 and stay there for a week with 12 of our family members. This hotel is a summer hotel and they don’t have winter facilities.Theye are very well prepared for service from room service to reception,cafes,restaurants,pools,animators etc.Honestly,It is an more than outstanding hotel that provides everything.Service in all departments are excellent.Staffs are very friendly and approachable.They are very well trained and educated.They know what they are doing.Most of the staffs have been working there many many years.They put loads of energy and efforts to please the guests.It would be very shame if I say anything bad about people and management.They deserve the best.I must also mention that ,foods are just amazing.As a foodie and a restaurant owner in London,It is even rare to find even such an amazing cooks,chefs and staffs in the restaurants.They are top notch about their food even compare to restaurants out everywhere.They can easily kick the other restaurants out of their league.Everything from beginning till end is amazing.I am not exaggeration. Well done.

Our stay was just great, very relaxing. Staff is polite and friendly, sea water was 29deg, unbelievably warm. Room could be more modern but it was OK although bed was a bit too hard and squeaky for me. I had fantastic massage with Inan, highly recommend him and his skills. Everyday food choice is so broad it is impossible to try everything. Fruit and vegetables and super sweet and tasty. Overall we would all definitely come back to the hotel. It feels like you're staying in a forest with lots of relaxation areas, patisserie, Turkish coffee house. Lovely holidays. Minus is that you have to wake up very early to book your sun longer either on the beach or sun deck otherwise they're all taken. It should not be allowed.

We spent 1 week and overally we were really satisifed with everyrthing including services, cleanliness and atmosphere (however we have only few 5 star hotel experiences). Hotel is providing many activites for all ages so we enjoyed it so much. Also liked the lot of trees, flowers and loved the lot of cats belongs to hotel. The tematic evening shows were wonderful as well. Regaring foods and drinks I think it is various and quality is good. Extra point in case birthday (you or your partner/family) during your stay you can claim for free thru guest relation some small present preparing to room and also specially decorated lunch table. Negatives / need for improvement: - Wifi in rooms (very low bandwith and lost connection many times), no ethernet option - Rooms quality is average (age/status of furnitures, size of superior room with 1 doublebed and 2 extrabed is small but acceptable, balcony is quite small - we were on 2nd floor) - The sea near to beach is bit dirty and many times quite wavy

A Brief overview Hello everyone! I hope my review can help you to make a right choice, so you would not regret your money and time spent in the end. No long descriptions, only facts. Hotel territory (8/10) • Flora. The best part of the hotel. A lot of trees, plants, flowers and beautiful gardens. • Cleanliness. Very clean, just nice. • Infrastructure. Walkways, bridges, stairs – great. • Smoking zones. Too many zones for smokers, bad separation conception. Beach (5/10) • Coast. Better choose either sand or pebble of one size. Mixed options bring only pain because sand or small pebbles stick to your feet first and then you step on the medium/big pebbles, ouch. • Sea. Clean water, almost no waves, but there are sharp and slick stones when entering water. Blue flag deserved. • Beach infrastructure. Sun loungers, beach tables, sun umbrellas, WC – good. Half of showers malfunctioned during almost 2 weeks. • Pier. Too long pier occupies 90% of the space so you see from the beach so you cannot enjoy the view. Pools & Bars (N/A) • No points coz I didn’t use them. Food & Drinks (7/10) • Food. Taste, diversity, quality 10 out of 10 no doubt. • Drinks. Everything was fine except coffee. Coffee from coffee machines was terrible. • Schedule. Lunch & dinner timeframes (12pm-14pm, 7pm-9pm) are too short when travelling with small kids. Rooms (1/10) • Wi-Fi. It’s not working in rooms. Very poor signal and speed. I consider that in 2024 high quality Wi-Fi service is a must. • Air conditioning. Shame for the hotel. You cannot control the temperature coz it’s centralized system. It was over 30 degrees and they didn’t turned it on. • Appliance. Old and not working properly. Fridge and ventilation making noise like helicopters. • Furniture. Far from optimal storage conception, only few hangers in wardrobes. • Bath. Bathroom smells like sewage. It is unacceptable. • WC number. You pay for room with 2 WC but get with only 1. Not all family rooms have 2 WC but you find it out when entering the room. Activities (9/10) • Sports. You can choose whatever you want. The hotel provide typical options. • Equipment. Quite good for most kinds of sports. Tennis, table tennis racquets and balls are poor. You cannot book tennis court. In the middle of the day no shadow on court so it’s too hot to play. Staff (5/10) • Kitchen & bar staff. 10/10 • Animation staff. 10/10 • Garden staff. 10/10 • Reception staff. 1/10. They just ignore your requests. Only promises to solve the problems you face. They don’t call you back when you ask, don’t lower air conditioning temperature, don’t even fix the door locker within 11 days. • Client service staff. 1/10. The same. We asked to change the cleaning time, to give us extra «do not disturb label» - no result. Only smiles, promises and excuses. Bottom line I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Anyway, it’s up to you.

I like to travel all around the world. But I was impressed when I arrived in the hotel. Everywhere was green, I have never seen such a beautiful place. The service is on the top, just fantastic indeed. The staff here is very hospitable and always welcome to provide their assistance in any case, much appreciated and I wish all the best to Kemer Holiday Club Staff!!!
