I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience. This was a 2-star experience at best. While the rooms are somewhat clean at first glance, it’s hard to ignore the peeling wallpaper and worn-out furnishings that suggest a lack of proper maintenance. This immediately set the tone for a disappointing stay. The staff were shockingly rude and dismissive. Even the simplest requests, like asking for extra pillows, were ignored. Despite being promised multiple times, the pillows never arrived, which made the service feel frustratingly unreliable. Additionally, inquiries about allergens in the food and recommendations for local activities were met with indifference and, at times, outright argumentativeness. It felt as though the staff were unwilling to help or simply lacked the training needed to provide proper hospitality. Considering this is a Turkish hotel operating under the international brand TUI Blue, one would expect a higher standard of service, particularly when catering to a diverse, global clientele. At the very least, it would be reasonable to have staff members who speak conversational English, as this is the bare minimum for an international establishment. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate even basic concerns, which added to the frustration and made us feel unwelcome. Clear communication is essential for a smooth and enjoyable stay, and the lack of it here was both surprising and disappointing. The dining area was another low point. Stray cats wandered freely through the space, which was not only unhygienic but also quite off-putting. As for the advertised amenities, the indoor pool was tiny—nothing like the promotional photos—and hardly worth mentioning. The shower head in the bathroom was leaky and sprayed water unevenly, making what should have been a relaxing experience feel like a chore. To make matters worse, basic amenities like robes and non-set menu drinks came with additional charges, which is unheard of for a supposed luxury hotel. Overall, this experience was a far cry from the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail one would expect from a 5-star establishment. Save your money and book elsewhere.
