Very poor room, mouldy bathroom, noisy as our interconnecting door was missing on our side, could hear our neighbours snoring, taking phone calls etc, curtains broken, mosquitoes squashed on walls, smelt of sewage, drains blocked overflowed the corridor including our room, slipped on the wet floor, glass on bedroom floor when arrived, cut my foot open, cockroaches in room, towels were grey and in poor condition! Air con not working in one of our rooms other sounded like a plane was landing in our room! Pool area is very loud with music, gardens are not maintained in any area, grass not cut, cats roam freely within the hotel on sofas in reception, and in guest patio areas. Cigarette butts everywhere! Would have liked more traditional Greek food, no lamb, no halloumi, no houmous, no pitta which we thought was strange - rabbit stew though 😳 no issues with food hygiene though! We did express our concerns to the hotel, they could only apologise, but they are lovely people, and the best thing about the hotel, the hotel owners need to rejuvenate the hotel and spend some money on rooms, grounds, and use less plastic for all the drinks that were being consumed. No way would we stay again, can’t wait to get home for a decent nights sleep, and clean bathroom and towels ! Spoke to easyjet holidays they offered a £300 holiday voucher - paid £5000 for 6 of us

If you are looking at this hotel and have a baby or toddler I'd look elsewhere as the cots they provide have a hard wooden bottom without anything on top, I had to put my child's blanket and 3 towels inside to create any semblance of comfort for our son. The lobby and single dinning area does have any air-conditioning, we stayed in a room where the air-conditioning unit dripped rusty water over one of the beds, the curtains had mould as well as the tiles in the wet room. The seat in the room, the fabric looked half eaten it was that bad. I could go on but you get the picture.

Me and a friend stayed for two weeks, by the end of it the staff treated us like family, all of the staff from starvas (bar) memo (entertainment) nikos (bar) and the ladies in reception. We will be back. Thanks you

Me and my parents visited May 2024. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff were amazing. On the first day we had gotten very badly sunburnt and one of the cleaners helped us by pausing her cleaning and getting some natural yogurt and applying it to the sunburnt areas. The entertainment was absolutely amazing. Rio and Paulina (the main people operating the shows during our stay) were very organised and made sure each entertainment ran smoothly. Many of the staff also spoke English, as well as many other language, like Rio, he spoke French, Polish, Spanish, Greek and many more. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the guests were all very nice. The hotel itself was also very nice, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked, the only negative I must admit is that our room didn’t have a shower door and the water went everywhere. However this hotel itself absolutely amazing. Totally recommended coming here. For sure will be returning one day.
