During the visit at Ujjain i had the pleasure of staying at Rudraksh Club & Resort. The experience was truly wonderful. The resort is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Swati, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with travel suggestions, guiding me about local attractions, or arranging meals as per my preference, he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. His humble and friendly nature really stood out. The food at the resort was delicious, especially the local dishes. The swimming pool, garden area, and other facilities were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience. It’s a perfect place to unwind with family or friends and to enjoy some quiet time away from the city rush. I would definitely love to visit Rudraksh again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Ujjain. A big thanks to the entire team, and especially Swati, for making my stay so memorable.

The rooms were neat, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided just right. A special shoutout to Swati at the front desk — she truly made our stay more enjoyable. Her communication was clear and polite, and she was always available to assist us with a smile. From helping us plan our local travel to managing room requests quickly, she was incredibly supportive and professional. The food at the hotel deserves a mention too — it was fresh, flavorful, and had good variety, especially the breakfast options. We also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property and how well-organized everything was. The calm surroundings and comfortable ambiance made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. An amazing place to stay for a vacation, enjoy with your family or have an event. Rooms are fantastic, staff is very polite, and the food is pretty good too. Rudraksh stands out as an exemplary hotel in Ujjain and I'd definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Ujjain. The banquet halls are also beautiful and are carefully designed keeping in mind what all is needed by the guests, the families and others. With that, I'd like to personally mention Shivani who was of great assistance and help to us throughout the function. She is a wonderful person and is testament to the way the hotel treats and manages its staff.
