Very good, highly recommended. The town environment is very good. The breakfast is up to standard. I went to the Hannover Motor Show. I drove an hour to stay here. Great value for money. I will stay here again if I have the chance. Very German style. Ctrip booking is convenient. Guaranteed.

The hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle in a residential area. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the market square. We didn't expect that and at first thought the address was wrong. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised that there is a sufficiently large parking lot at the hotel. The welcome was warm, everything was prepared. The next surprise was that the spa area was open. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a surprisingly large pool. It's not an Olympic pool, of course, but it's pleasantly large and nicely done for a hotel. The room wasn't very large, but was perfectly adequate for our purposes. Due to the location of the hotel away from tourism, the night was pleasantly quiet. Even the construction work we feared could not be heard. Apparently some rooms are being renovated. Only a barking dog in one of the rooms was not so great. As a tourist you don't necessarily have to get up at 6:00 in the morning. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but perfectly adequate. Everything seemed fresh and tasted good. The staff constantly made sure that everything was still available at the buffet at 9:00 a.m. Check-out went smoothly, everything was prepared again. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back.

Overall it was a rather mixed visit. In particular, the wellness area was disappointing, there were always guests in bathing suits and without a towel in the sauna, reference to the rules are only sparsely available. Towels you get apparently only on request at the front desk. Unfortunately, even in the superior room, the bathroom is rather borderline, especially the shower we would have imagined to be better and bigger. The room also seemed a bit older, from the outside the hotel doesn't look overly inviting. On the other hand, positive is definitely the breakfast, good selection, real rolls & enough staff.
