트립닷컴에서 4인에 8만원에 예약하고 갔는데,
도착해서 짐을 풀려고 하니까 모텔 주인 아줌마가
다짜고짜 방 예약이 잘못됐다고 2만원 더 내라고 하더라구요.
트립닷컴을 통해 정확하게 4인 예약결제하고 갔는데 무슨 영문인 줄 모르겠더라구요.
결국 1만원 더 내는 것으로 끝냈지만 상당히 불쾌했습니다.
트립닷컴 예약시스템이 잘못된건지 거진호텔 측이 문제가 있는건지 모르겠네요.
다시는 이런 일이 없도록 시정해 주시길 바랍니다.
