The hotel has an accommodative staff with an accommodative attitude. They helped us find restaurants and other things. The town has some good restaurants, one of which we enjoyed for lunch. Beware of weeknight restaurant opening variability, as we had to eat takeout pizza for dinner on a Tuesday night.

Extremely kind and helpful staff at the reception. The room was nice, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and small. All in all would recommend! Beware Taxis and Uber are almost impossible to reach but if you ask the staff, they will help you. Thank you Best Western staff :)

The hotel is very well located in the city centre (making it very walkable) and also very close to the Slovenian border. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help if needed. The breakfast is the best we’ve had on our current European vacation. Will stay here again.

This is a mixed review. Gorizia was an overnight stop on our way to Lake Bled in Slovenia. The room itself was fine but the air conditioning was not working because it had not been turned soon enough to cool the hotel. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but English was a problem for some of them. The hotel does have a parking lot behind the property but be aware that parking is very tight.

Spacious, quiet rooms, free car parking, great breakfast choices, friendly staff. Will stay again when in Gorizia. Excellent for a motel that is part of a well known worldwide business name. A pleasant place to stay. The staff were most helpful with any enquiries.

Excellent location, very friendly and smiley staff. Nice choice of products for the breakfast. Even the espresso and the cappuccino were available. The room was big, clean and tidy. The bed and pillow were really comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Gorizia/Trieste/Udine and Slovenia.

This hotel was an excellent choice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was on site which was nice to have for convenience. Breakfast was a real treat with great selection of high-quality items. Location made the exploration of Gorizia quite easy.
