Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The room was amazing, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The entire facility was picturesque, with stunning views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was serene and inviting, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was breathtaking. The breakfast was another highlight of the stay—delicious and well-prepared, offering a taste of the local cuisine. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Cappadocia. It’s the perfect destination for those seeking both comfort and beauty.

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

①The location is very good, the top of the mountain, going up is the viewing platform, the snow is very beautiful ②It’s still very warm in winter, the bathtub is super big, but the shower is still a bit cold, after all, the mountain is really cold, especially in the afternoon ③Many nearby hotels do not accept children under 14 years old. We brought a 22-month-old child. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is delicious. We were rejected by another hotel and rebooked on the same day. Yes, this experience is still very good

Location is very good. In one of the cave in Gerome. Hosters are all very nice and show us around the room and all the facilities including the very nice terrace. They also can arrange all the tours. Our room is in one of the cave, real cave. It is clean and warm. We had good time over there. One of the problem is that they forget to clean my room even with clean room tag hanging for whole day and in the afternoon I walked to the frontdesk to specifically asking for the clean. But when we got back to room around 9, still not cleaned. I would say that clean room is the basic for any hotel.

We absolutely love the hotel! Service was great & friendly. The location of the hotel is also good as it is easily accessible to the town which is just a short walking distance away. Though not situated at the top of the town, it has a nice view from the junior suite room that we took. But like most cave hotels, there’s lots of steps to climb to get to our room - 47 steps to be exact! 😬

We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests
