We spent one night at the hotel. We arrived early in the morning, left our things, and went to wander around the city. We were met at the hotel by very friendly guys who told us everything and showed us everything! thank you very much Begimai!!! The girl greeted us like old friends! The hotel is located on the highest point of the city and from a very authentic terrace you have a gorgeous view of the entire city! It would be a wonderful evening spent on the terrace with exactly the same enthusiastic guests! Breakfast is worth a special delight! Abundance of everything! and also with this view I recommend this hotel not only because of the view, but also the excellent attitude towards guests

Just finished staying at this hotel, it was great! The staff's service was really great! The staff especially mentioned AYŞE who will take you through the hotel's facilities and help you deliver your luggage to the hotel. The breakfast was very rich and delicious, and the scenery of the hotel was very charming, both the scenery outside the window and the overall atmosphere were unforgettable. Whether you are here to relax and vacation or travel for work, this is a highly recommended choice! Looking forward to coming again next time!

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

Watching hot air balloons is the best option here! However, if you don’t rent transportation, you have to walk a short 5-minute walk to the city; overall, the reception staff are also very friendly.

The details are in place in every location. I like the oil paintings everywhere in the hotel the most! The breakfast is OK but it may not suit the appetite of Chinese people. It is very close to the location of the hot air balloon. You can be the last one to pick up, but the first one to arrive, which saves time.

Hotel is so close to Sunset view point. Very easy 5 mins short walk up and down hill for Sunset and Sunrise. It locals above the entrance fee pay kiosk so can be accessed to sunset view point for free anytime. The town view from bathroom window is stunning. Love the breakfast with fresh cherries and strawberries.

The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience. I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay. In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Amazing location, staff etc. The design and decor gives a cool vibe to enhance the stay. The restaurant itself also very good. The only feedback would be tiny things such as better working hairdryer, higher quality toiletries etc. However it is a really great hotel.
