FUN IN THE ARIZONA SUN! HEATED POOL!

Best Stocked VRBO Ever! Lots to love about this place, especially the outdoors. Never stayed in a place so well stocked with enough paper products, soaps, starter toiletries, and propane to last longer than our 30-day stay. Really great! Yes, the dining space seats four but I'd trade that for the pool table every time, and there are tv trays avail. The lack of a coffee table was strange. Only 1 end table also so that was somewhat limiting. Really loved that the pool was actually heated above 80 degrees through Apr 15 so enjoyed that. Highly recommend this place.

Everything we needed The place was great for a family of 5, kids loved the games and they had every basic you could need. Place was clean, pool was well maintained and location was great for us!

Spring Training 2025 with friends Owner very receptive to problems (replaced clothes washer from previous renter). Backyard pool and area very nice with plenty seating. Sleeps easy six but only 4 chairs at dining room table.

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed for an extended three week visit. The house is comfortable, it was clean, the pool is a huge plus, we had a lot of fun in the pool. The backyard is pretty much secluded. Some fun with the pool table too. The kitchen is very well stocked. We would definitely come back to visit again. And the owner answered any questions very quickly. The weather was amazing, Goodyear is a town that has a lot to offer. Close to Mountain trail hiking, shopping, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Exceeded expectations! This rental exceeded our expectations! We truly enjoyed our stay! The ease of parking in the garage made the rental easily accessible, not having to remember codes and such! The neighborhood is very clean and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area! Inside, the home was so clean and well stocked with anything that you might need! This home perfectly located. The homeowner was so easy to communicate with! This was the best rental experience we have ever had! You won’t regret this booking!
