I came to Gongyi to play and found this hotel. I saw that the name should be a government guest house. I felt that it should be more reliable, so I chose this one. Let me start with the advantages: 1. The location is particularly good, close to Songling Park and Gongyi Museum, within walking distance of two places. 2. Although the hotel is old, the health is still online, the bed is very dry, and there is no smell of smoke in the room. The temperature in the room is more comfortable. 4. Breakfast is good, the variety is complete, although not refined, but there is no problem with eating well. 5. There is a parking lot in the yard, parking is very convenient. 6. The price is cheap, this price is in ours, and the fast can't live well. And the disadvantages: 1. The bathroom design is anti-human. The lowest drain is not under the shower. The two drains add up. The water speed is not good. After the shower, the floor is full of water. 2. The hot water pressure is small and the bath is not good enough. 3. The Chinese restaurant that comes with it is very general. I am very tired after playing for a day. I want to eat in the restaurant downstairs. As a result, the food is not delicious, it is greasy and spicy. The friends in the same group are uncomfortable the next day. 4. The sound insulation is not good. There are drunk guests at night, and they have tossed for half the night, which seriously affects sleep. Overall, it is OK, there is no problem with staying overnight.

When checking in, I asked the front desk if we could have breakfast since we were both gold members of Huazhu, and the front desk said no. I confirmed again, but still couldn't. After staying in so many Seasons hotels, this was the first one that couldn't be booked, and the attitude of the front desk was very bad. Whether you can have breakfast is not important, the service attitude is the most important‼ ️Because I ordered takeout, I wanted the front desk to put a room card in my takeout and bring it up with me. The front desk asked me to call the delivery man myself, which made me angry for the second time. No strong sense of service.
