The room and the balcony view were superb as well as the room cleaning, but otherwise the hotel is disappointing. All bit run-down, faded glory. Breakfast ok, ravioli at beach restaurant tasteless. Variety of appetizers was not good. Service at beach club slow and not attentive. WiFi was slow and the last day not working at all.

Very disappointing experience. I paid 3,500 TL and couldn’t even sit near the beach. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no atmosphere at all. Almost all the good spots were “reserved,” so you’re left without a decent place to sit. The number of umbrellas is very limited — expect to stay under the sun with no shade and no assistance. Definitely not worth the price.

Kuum is so beautiful and fun! We did not stay here but our friends did and I wish we had! The employees were FIVE STAR. Everyone was nice, trustworthy and felt like family. Our friends rooms were upgraded and were SO nice. We had happy hour here multiple times, the octopus orzo was delicious and the chef even came out to check on us. The property was be beautiful too. I wish we stayed at Kuum!!

I paid insurance 200$ and when we checked out they didn’t find the receipt for the insurance payment and they told us to pay our pilll and the insurance money will be refunded to my account the 200$ unitl now nothing refunded to my account and we keep calling them they don’t say anything and they keep lying about very bad hotel and bad experience basically they stole my money

5 stars hotel so old ! Grasses are brown, grounds in construction, furnitures bined face to the beach, pipes visible, no light on stairs and very dirty everywhere ! Poor breakfast even orange juice is an extra and they don’t know how to make scramble eggs ! The worst is the beach parasols in macrame totally useless we can’t hide from the sun i had 3 hit-suns during the stay ! At the end of the day you are tired because you caught too much sun ! These places have to be forbidden because of public health danger ! You simply get a cancer by coming on holidays ! More over the service is made by amateurs who don’t know how to serve their customers. Loud music starts at 2 pm and never stops in case you want to have a nape… it is simply impossible ! Don’t come or you will ever regret it !

It used to be a hype hotel. But now run by a different group, totatlly unprofessional. Not up to the standards you would expect for what you pay. Breakfast 2 star hotel level at the best. Lunch menu is limited and tasteless. Fully paid the night before I as had a very flight in the morning before my daughter, when I left , the receptionist was alarmednot only called the room many times but also sent security to the room

A very nice and special Hotel, with a lot of diffuculties to swim. The rooma are spacious, We used the beach very well last years. But this year hotel guests cant use first-line sunbeds, umbrellas are semi- transparent, the is no shadow spot anymore. They covered the piear with glass to stop the wind ( for the comfort of outcoming guests. Most of the time very loud music during the day on the beach. The snack menu is very pure, you only have an italian fish restaurant day& night. The breakfast is ultraaaaaa poor like 2 star. Hotel changed, beach changed. I used to stay there since 3 years. But i cancelled my reservation in September.

It was a terrible holiday. The hotel was not very comfortable. There was too much music and it was impossible to sleep until the morning. Only Arab staff worked in the hotel. Hotel management is just looking to make money from guests. Guest happiness is not important to them. Tickets are very expensive. All the dishes were very expensive and not tasty for us. I will never choose this place again.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to our experience. However, the service was disappointingly slow. It often took longer than expected to receive any service, which affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the prices seemed overrated for the quality and speed of service provided. While the views and room were wonderful, the value for money didn’t quite meet our expectations. If you’re looking for a place with great views and can overlook the service delays, this might be worth considering. Otherwise, you might want to weigh the pros and cons.
