Great hotel, with a great location, close to Dongtaijinaier Lake and Water Yadan. The scenery is magnificent and the road conditions are very good all the way from Golmud. The hotel's entertainment facilities and viewing platform are also very sincere, not perfunctory at all, with a strong sense of design and playability, and the children like it very much. The housekeeper contacted us in advance and was very nice and thoughtful. After watching the sunset at Dongtaijinaier Lake, the car got stuck. The hotel staff actively coordinated the rescue, including the front desk manager and the first batch of brothers who came and got stuck in the car 😂. He was still comforting us when he was stuck in the car, and the second batch of Northeast brothers who came to pull us back were very professional and dedicated. Thanks to the hotel staff for our smooth trip to the northwest✅In addition, the Sichuan restaurant in the hotel is also amazing. It's not the peak season now, and the restaurant's business doesn't seem to be very good, but the ingredients are very fresh and the products are quite good. Even in the center of Sichuan and Chongqing, it is a very good Sichuan restaurant. There are not many people in the off-season, but the hotel still has a fireworks party at night, but it's a pity that we missed it. A very recommended hotel.

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

Choosing this hotel is the wisest decision of my trip! The decoration style of the hotel is unique and full of fashion. The facilities in the room are very advanced, smart toilets, smart curtains, etc., let me feel the convenience brought by technology. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, and there are local specialties, which makes me full. The service of the staff is also very intimate and meticulously takes care of the needs of every guest. In short, this is a very good hotel in all aspects, it is recommended!

The hotel is in a prime location, with ground and underground parking lots. The hotel staff is enthusiastic, the hotel rooms are large and well-equipped, the hotel's breakfast is rich, and the hotel's evening buffet dinner is economical and affordable. Next time I come to Golmud, I will choose to stay at Hilton Garden Inn Qinghai Golmud.
