酒店位置不錯，停車方便，房間比較寬敞，也乾淨，設施較新，服務周到，碰到地漏反臭情況也及時更換了房間。

硬件設施很齊全，但同樣的房型在不同位置配置會略有差別，全都是室內窗和露台，通風並不好。前台辦理很快，保安還會協助送去房間入住。

房間感覺很小，放一個28寸的行李箱要找地方，但是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。
製氧機的動靜感覺有點大了，這個設定達到一定氧氣濃度就會暫停工作，等屋內氧氣不足又突然運作，那一瞬間把半夜睡着的我吵醒好幾次。

酒店位於青藏線的交通樞紐格爾木，人口 22 萬的小城。酒店服務人員態度非常好，房間設施齊全，有加濕器和製氧機，不過格爾木的海拔一般用不上製氧機。一樓有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機可以使用，早餐也不錯。
