We stayed two nights as a family of four and we had a great time. The kids loved the lobby play area, water park, trampoline and giant chess. The parents loved the drinks from the bar, especially the fun frozen ones! The place is two blocks away from the beach and we walked there several times. We were also able to walk along the beach down to the center of town (about 20 minute walk). The size of the room was great and it was nice that the kids had their own room. The room could use an update but it was fine for what we needed. We appreciated having a fridge and microwave and sink. Overall, I would recommend this place for families.

I felt like there were a lot of party-loving guests, so I recommend this place to those who like to socialize. However, there is zero calmness due to music playing from the morning and the noise of people returning home in the morning. There are no curtains on the dormitory beds, so be sure to bring an eye mask and earplugs. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought in, so you have to order it from the bar inside.

A spacious and modern apar**ent with sea view is the right way to enjoy a family holiday in Gold Coast. The two rooms do not disturb each other, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are open. After a day of playing, you can lie on two double sofas like Ge You, relaxing and comfortable. The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good. The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time. For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy. In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point. The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up.

The breakfast the boss made was very British and very tasty. The house is very fresh and clean, far from the city center, but the boss can pick up and drop off, pay, and the price is similar to Taxi. Great!

Location was good and we liked the fact that the 2 bedroom had 2 bathrooms and both had a spa tub which the kids really enjoyed. Furnishings a little dated but still a comfy stay overall.

Location is perfect..the St.James station is about 5 min walk only..shops are all around the hotel. The breakfast spread was good but one thing they should improve is they should have more Halal options available.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and checked me in early from my morning flight. They are also arranged a cab for my early 6am flight out. The room was spacious but felt like a lived in apartment. The gym was functional and the basketball court was fun but covered in sand. The hotel location was close enough to the beach madness without feeling like you were always in the holiday mess of tourists shops and stuff.
