The hotel did not even have a proper route. It has no parking and we had to go through bushes for about half a km. We were also asked to pay for parking. I would not recommend this hotel.

I wanted to report to mmt when i have reached the resort, but i did not find any option to communicate. This resort is a hell, i did not even stay for booking, i lost money, this don't even have a road to reach by walk also. Very dangerous atmosphere. Very very dangerous

Location wise very good but no direct approach road to hotel, very bad mud road passing through backyard of other hotels and lots of drains. Unresponsive staff always busy on the phone. Bathroom was very bad with many malfunctioning. No room service

This stay is located on kudle beach. There is no proper road to the place, you'll have to walk on a trail and other properties to reach the place. Another option is to enter from the beach if you take the trek from either side of the beach. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was very helpful in anything you need. Not recommended if you are driving often during your trip as it will be a long walk each time to your vehicle. If you plan to trek/walk for most of the trip, you can book this stay. You can take an auto from the om beach side parking as well, but that too is a 10 min walk

The stay was horrible, and i'm not sure how makemytrip has registered such properties. The
property's entrance is quite dangerous and muddy. Food is terrible; we paid for breakfast for two days, but it was so bad that we were unable to eat it, wasting the whole amount of money. Although the caretaker was helpful, i had the worst experience possible and would not suggest anyone staying here.

No generator due to which full night n next day without electricity. Windows do not even have net to at-least open when no power. Whole night we cudnt sleep. Owner not bothered. 3. 5k i spent without staying next day. If the owner wants free money then why not sit n beg. It's hard earned money. Full day even after request no back up. Shame on you fooling public. Breakfast pathetic no idea to even cook simple things. No phone, wifi. For everything u have to go n ask. No proper entry as well. Got us from small muddy area. Housekeeping staff not even allowing people to talk or walk outside as though they are doing some crime. I wud not recommend this to anyone. It looks like scam.

This property was very good. Dhiraj (their manager) was accommodating and gave an early check in. The staff was always available and ready to help or answer our question. A special mention that they gave complimentary water bottles for us while as we were traveling. Hospitality 10/10
easily accessible to beach and happening shacks. Only reaching the resort was little challenging. Definitely recommended

Nothing seems to be good in this property. Right from the moment we entered we have encountered innumerable issues. From approach road, to non functional door latches, to missing parts in doors, no hot water facility, missing bath tub knob and what not. The price we paid for this shabby and most uncomfortable room is rs. 3, 700- per night which is not even the worth of rs. 1, 000- per night. We are completely unhappy and did not expect this from makemytrip after having charged such a hefty amount. We are sorry for staying at this property.
