Enjoyable stay while visiting friends and family in Denver the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the Mr Eric gave several pointers on things to do while in Denver the rules clean and the housekeepers were very accommodating checking to see if I needed anything again I definitely would be returning

After my miserable checkin experience, all I wanted to do was take a shower after a 12 hour shift. Upon noticing there was no soap or shampoo in the shower something moving caught my eye. There was a roach in the bathtub. Tried calling the front desk and there was no answer. Booked it out of there and am currently waiting on my refund.

Room is NOT as described. Booked a deluxe suite supposed to have one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There is no sleeper sofa in this room or any on the property. They admitted their mistake at the front desk that it's advertised incorrectly but they are unwilling to help or cancel. Scrambling to find a second bed or air mattress right now.

Asked and paid for a specific room. Couldn't get it. Room we got had mega problems. Lamp cord had no plug. Kitchen outlet didn't work. Kitchen sink leaks, water in cabinet. Hole in bathroom ceiling where fan should be. Refrigerator didn't keep food cold! Gap in door let cold air in! Shower scalded then froze you, back and forth. Beds were the only good thing about the room!! They transitioned into weekly/monthly rooms as we were there. Terrible place, wouldn't want to spend weekly money there!!

It was my first experience staying at an extended-stay hotel. It was a comfortable and quiet stay. The lobby staff ladies were friendly and helpful and supplied me with items I needed for the kitchen. I liked that the area was well-lit, adding to a safety feeling. This hotel is located close to grocery shopping and gas stations. Very convenient!

I was not able to check in. My flight arrived late and when I arrived they were closed. I rung the bell and was turned away from checking in stating that I was a "no-show". I had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Upon arrival the front desk barely spoke English. First room smelled and was dirty and falling apart. 2nd room not much better. Noisy all night.

Unfortunately and this is not the staff’s fault but the homeless have started to hang around there at night into the early hours of the morning. On my last day I went downstairs to get hot water a homeless person was sleeping on the steps. I left him alone because I thought he was just trying to have a safe sleep. He then came into where the breakfast bar is located and grabbed a bunch of stuff I still left him alone because I wasn’t going to eat anything and I understand hard times. However this same person while I was beginning to dress popped the lock on my window and tried to climb through it I screamed at him and he left immediately. Two nights before that a homeless person was loudly knocking on every door including mine claiming to be someone’s cousin and could you let him in. While that is not the staff’s fault because they are nice and very helpful it is not the properties issue. Other than that it is clean enough for a quick stay.
