Travelodge Hotel In Glastonbury

The room was clean and tidy, but the continuous noise from the KFC out side our windows made sleeping very hot as we could not have the windows open because of the excessive noise from the KFC kitchen fans and cars in the KFC drive through, and also the noise from the A39 trunk road, plus on week days noise from the industrial site the Glastonbury Travel Lodge is positioned on, and the excessive noise from a petrol station construction site at the front

Nice room, but with the weather currently being so hot, the room was stifling, and although there was a fan in the room, it was pretty much useless, and we got hardly any sleep the first night. We ended up going out & buying a decent fan to use in the room, and thankfully got a better sleep the second night. The rooms have had makeovers, and looked very nice, just a shame they’ve not upgraded to air-conditioning or at least better quality fans. Seems to be something that occurs for others too, as we bumped into a fellow guest also carrying his own fan up to his room. Come on Travelodge, splash out on some decent fans for your rooms.

No soap in the hand wash sink. Only 1 toilet roll. Very noisy outside with windows open. Too hot in the room. Bed was comfy but woke up full of bites so possible bed bugs. Coffee and tea not refilled. Staff virtually not exsistant just a sign saying ring this number. Stayed at this hotel for 4 years in a row. This was the worst stay.

Avoid this hotel I would have had a better night’s sleep on the street Room filthy dirty The toilet, floor, and bedsheets were filthy and stained. The overall state of cleanliness was far below basic hygiene standards expected of any hotel room, let alone one charging £180 per night. Glastonbury.

Very basic. Some issues with cleanliness but good location and easy check and check out process. Needs attention to cleaning of rooms.

Situated in a great location for sightseeing. Food was easily found at the local supermarkets and at the nearby fast food takeaways, plus the restaurants in Glastonbury and Wells. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the reception staff through to room maintenance. Very clean rooms. Would definitely stay again and will recommend the hotel.
