My stay here was far from satisfactory, primarily due to poor hygiene and subpar food quality. I had booked this place due to the brand name Sarovar but realised that their quality has dropped low. The bathroom was in a terrible state with broken tiles and rusted taps, which was a major concern. The room itself was inadequately lit; the yellow lights were too dim for nighttime use. Additionally, the ceiling fan was problematic, functioning either at full speed or very low speed, making it uncomfortable to use. The dining experience was equally disappointing. There were limited options available for both dinner and breakfast, and the quality of the food was merely average. Moreover, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, and no one to open the door, which added to the overall negative experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in hygiene, amenities, and customer service.
