Nothing to complain about here other than the room did face the freeway so it was noisy if you wanted to have the window open. Other than that the service was good, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Had a pleasant and restful stay. Not fancy or new, but the bed was comfortable, the sheets and towels were gold quality, the location was convenient and safe, and the staff were friendly. It was a great value, especially considering the price of hotels in other locations along I-90.

This property was a great value and met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable with a breakfast that exceeded my expectations at the price point. The breakfast is included in the room rate. If I found myself in town again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Chose this property because it had a pool and free breakfast and both did not disappoint. The pool was warm and quite large. The kids played for hours. Hot tub was great too. The breakfast was also great, one of the best on our road trip so far. “Omelets” were tasty and hot. Lots of choices and my daughter loved the chocolate waffle. Beds were super comfortable. We had a room with 2 queens and there was a small chair and footstool and a table and 2 chairs. The extra space to move and spread out was nice. Very friendly staff!!! Could use a bell at the front desk because it took about 5 minutes for someone to welcome me and check me in but my family was unloading the van so it wasn’t an issue. The rest of the time the desk was staffed so not sure why the issue when I arrived.

We had a problem during the day and we're running very late. We would be arriving around midnight. First time this has happened to us in 40 years of travelling. I called the hotel about an hour before arrival to let them know we would be very late. I asked the hotel, could you please turn on the air conditioner since we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. We showed up and the room was cold and perfect. We were asleep within 20 minutes. I cannot thank the front desk staff enough for taking care of this. Front desk staff hospitality, great air conditioning, comfortable beds and a clean room were just what the doctor ordered. Bravo.

Front desk woman(Audrey) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Beds are super comfy and room was clean. The free breakfast is served in a very large room with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here on a return trip to the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We had a queen suite room which had a seating area with a couch. It was nice to have a little extra space towards the end of our vacation! The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The pool area was nice. The lobby was very clean and the breakfast area was large. Breakfast was the typical offerings from a Comfort Inn. The eggs were very good! My kids liked the packaged donuts. It was a close drive to downtown Gillette. We would stay here again!

Good location, very clean and seems to have been upgraded recently. Staff was professional and very helpful. Many restaurants within a short drive. Pool area was in good upkeep and clean. Breakfast basic hotel fare but fresh and well stocked. Single night stay on way to final destination. Price was very reasonable.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and good price. The bed was very comfortable as well. The best part of this stay was the breakfast! They had delicious mini omelets that tasted like real eggs, not the watery ones at most hotels.
