Service a little long... they got the wrong room for me which I paid more for, but the hotel is well located and it has the best swimming pool on the island in my opinion 😉

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. Clean, spacious bungalows. Small pool. Breakfast was sp****. Very nice staff. Good location (sufficient distance from the party mile - you can reach it quickly on foot but you have peace and quiet). Great ”spa” with fair prices. Price-performance ratio was good.

Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтиками напротив отеля с удобным заходом в море, кораллы имеются, но зайти можно по песочку. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Заселение было в 14:00 но мы были раньше, нам выдали пляжные полотенца и показали где можно оставить вещи до заселения. Территория конечно не очень, но она и не нужна здесь, вид из номера тоже желает лучшего, но сам номер приятный, комфортная большая кровать и хороший душ. Кондиционер работает хорошо, в номере есть питьевая вода. При отеле есть спа. Сходила на массаж с алое вера, осталась довольна. Девушки приятные, внутри все чистенько. Если вам нужна красивая территория, там вам не сюда. В целом нормальный отель.
