The owner of this property are criminals. They're cheaters. The booked room wasn't provided to us, rather an inferior room with no privacy was provided. We protested and they told us there's problem with water in the booked room and they're not going to fix it. We protested and contacted Trip.com for a solution. Trip.com took some time to offer us a solution. After that, the owner called me several times and threatened us to vacate immediately. The staff continued to bang the door. That continued until Trip.com helped us to find another accommodation. We felt helpless in a foreign country. They didn't refund any amount though we spent only an hour of our booked 3 days.
We strongly condemn the criminal behavior from this property. I would like to suggest Trip.com to take strict actions against this property and nobody should book it again.

Nice location cold ❄️ ac Vale for money it cost me $22 Australian dollars 💵 the bad side is no TV no fridge no hot water and the water so week to wash up.
