Thank you for the wonderful stay at Pondok Santi Resort! We loved the peaceful surroundings, the kindness of your staff (always smiling and welcoming!), and the exceptional service-especially the delicious breakfasts we looked forward to every morning. We were truly touched by the thoughtful gesture of preparing pastries for our departure. It's rare to find a place that combines such attentive hospitality with the serenity of nature.

The best place on Gili T! Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing food!! I felt sooooo well treated here. Unfortunately, I had to leave after 3 nights already, would have loved to stay longer!

Simply, when I come again to Gili, I definately stay here again.

The hotel is on the small island of gilit and is very peaceful. Hotel Restaurant environment Room and service did not leave us unsatisfied, the staff was super hospitable. Breakfast was very varied every day and we were taken care of in every way during the days we were there. Room 11 in particular, with its beautiful pool and lawn, was the only pity we couldn't stay there longer

We had an ocean pool villa! Hands down best villa on the island! Definitely worth it and would highly recommend.

Staying at Pondok Santi will make your trip to Gili Island even more unforgettable. The detailed service is so great that you can see the delicate consideration for the guests in every corner of the accommodation. The best part was being able to take a shower outside while looking at the stars floating in the night sky. I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast, and it was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had. I would like to stay for more than 2 nights next time I visit.

I'm so happy I found Pondoksanti! I was worried about bugs and water in Gili Island, but this is the place that made me worry-free! And they are really, really kind..💙 Thanks to Pondoksanti, I like Gili even more💙

Very good room, clean and big. It can be said to be the best hotel on Gili Island. The only drawback is that carriages and bicycles cannot enter, so you need to walk a long way.

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

Dear friends, please don’t come to this hotel! ! ! Good Chinese friends don’t lie to good Chinese friends! ! ! The facilities and services are ridiculously bad! ! ! 1. I called the front desk to ask the front desk to move the extra bed. It took a total of three calls before it was finally moved. 2. I called the front desk and asked the front desk to send a scale. I called the front desk three times in total, but it never came. 3. There are many mosquitoes on the island, and the waiters will open the door wide when cleaning every day! There were so many mosquitoes in the hotel. There was no fly swatter in the hotel, only pest control spray. The mosquitoes bit me more than a dozen times in one night. They were itchy and noisy, and I couldn't sleep at all! Finally, I trapped mosquitoes with human flesh and killed ten of them with my bare hands. 4. We booked a private express boat to Lombok at the hotel. After putting us on the horse taxi, the hotel staff did not tell the driver the boarding location. The driver did not speak English and did not know where the boarding location was, so he had no choice but to abandon us in the end. At the big pier, I finally had to wait an extra forty minutes before boarding the boat. 5. The hotel is very poorly maintained. Half of the grass is bald and yellow, and most of the coconut trees have yellow leaves. Most of the hotel faces the road directly. I think the rice is not very tasty, but it is so difficult to cook so I don’t want to expand on it. 6. The air conditioning is mediocre and cannot be adjusted by blowing it directly on the head. The swimming pool in the villa is very small and uncomfortable. After staying for three days, I didn't even have the desire to soak my feet. 7. There are reasons for the difference. When these problems occurred, I communicated with the hotel staff immediately. The manager never said sorry throughout the process, and there was no improvement in the follow-up. 8. If you are taking your family on vacation, this hotel will definitely become your nightmare. If you are determined, then don’t have expectations. Without expectations, there will be no harm.

It is a relatively good hotel on T Island. The swimming pool is too small and the hotel experience is average.
